“After an initial visit to see the facility with Kathy showing me around. I was impressed with the cleanliness, security and professional business manner. I returned the next day and rented 4 -10x15 units. Shannon waited on me. Kathy had related all the details from the previous days visit so it went smoothly. Shannon was great setting up the rental contracts getting the locks and keys all set up. She also set up the reservation for a u-haul truck which is on site. Shannon and Kathy were both very professional and added some confidence to my/our stressful situation. Thank You Both..”
