There are a number of items you cannot store at StoragePRO Self Storage of San Jose. You cannot store combustible materials because of the threat of them catching fire. These items include fireworks, fuel tanks, fertilizer, paint thinner, and so on. If it seems like it'll easily catch fire, avoid storing it. You also cannot store firearms. You cannot store living animals or plants. Do not treat a storage space as a replacement for a proper pet sitter. Not only are storage spaces not built for people or animals to live in them, but the food you leave out for your pets could also attract pests. Similarly, plant soil could attract pests as well. “Well let me tell you I have had the storage unit for years you can check the record and see when I opened it then some months back last year sometime it became infested with rats all my stuff ended up ruined eating chewed up and pissed on and pooped on and everything by the rats and now nothing is any good I have to throw it all away but the haulers that I have talked to will not touch it because of the rat feces the rat droppings so I don't think it's fair that since all my stuff is ruined and I'm can't find anybody to help me I'm 67 years old disabled and I haven't found anybody to help me and you guys still keep raising the rent like if it's a okay 100% it's not my stuff is ruined it will never be good there is stuff in there that were personal a very very spiritually important to me so you want me to rate them I will rate them I've been threatened that they're going to oxen my stuff I've paid late fees I paid increased rent and I have paid lean finds I have never missed a payment I've been late on quite a few payments but I have never missed a payment so you tell me what kind of a rating should I give them my name is Alice Sanchez my unit number is 365-57 or 3675 I don't remember like I said I'm old but you let me know let me know what kind of a rating I should give you guys since all my stuff is ruined and is junk and garbage now.”
