Well Kathy was very nice and sweet. She is a very hard worker and provides great customer service. She should be provided rain boots because I felt bad as she was walking through puddles on the property.

Very clean lighted facility. Individual gate access code and unit alarm system. If someone open gate and you sneak in and try to open your unit, the alarm buzz. And not only that but building wide PA activated and your Unit/name will be called to go to office or use your code. Very safe! Decent pricing and helpful manager. Move-in free truck rental is available. Recommended with high security importance.

Been there for awhile. Always a good experience. From the beginning they have a moving truck they loan for free to move you in. Even in the pouring rain they come out in the golf cart to help. Great job. One of the best storage facilities.

When leaving Norwalk Self Storage facility be extremely careful when getting back on to Firestone Blvd because high profile vehicles often park close to entrance/exit and your view of approaching traffic will often be blocked. Cliff was great 2/23/19.

I can't even express how cool this place is from the staff, pricing, and location. These guys rock! I needed something in a hurry due to family visiting from out of town and needed space. After running around all day trying to find great deals as well as security and location. All we kept coming up with is ran down old storage facilities with terrible prising and attitudes as if they hated their jobs. But if you saw the conditions of these places like P.S., you might think they have a right to hate their jobs. But I should've just stuck with our first stop which was NSS. I had no problems with very friendly staff, explained everything to a "T". The size was just perfect for what I needed to store and some just in case. The price wasn't bad at all with great security, and the best part, it's just across the street from me. Love it! Thank you Norwalk Self Storage for everything.

Here I am coming into my 4th month with this place and still not one problem. I may even need to upgrade but I feel they will be able to take care of all my needs when that time may come. Until then, I will remain with this storage company that has always shown the concern for their customers. Although I did encounter a slight miscommunication last month, it was hashed out in a polite businesslike manner and it was greatly appreciated. My best advice to anyone that stores there or planning to store there, make sure to pay on time and have your insurance updated. Other than that, very fair company to do business with.

Three more months and I'm back in Los Angeles for two or three years. After that, it's time to become a homeowner. Until then, my belongings will remain stored at NSS. I read some really bad reviews on this place and couldn't see even half of what these people are claiming about this facility. I've had nothing but the greatest services and respect from all the employees at this site. Always courteous and professional, even gotten early reminder calls from staff which I find rewarding as I get lost in everyday tasks where I sometimes forget it's time to pay my storage. I mean really, who wants a late fee even if you can afford it. I believe with any place of business, it's important for the customer to ask as many questions as possible before doing business so that both sides are fully clear about what's expected before, during, and after the partnership of business is ending or ended. It's not always cut and clear in the writing for most companies as some don't add everything regarding company policies to their websites. Ask about what you don't see in the policies versus assuming it's or should be policy. I know for sure I can count on this company to do good business practices as well as keep my precious belongings safe until it's time for me to remove them.
