“Originally Experienced Excellent Service! Yet going through a Burglary/Break into my Unit ~Including @ the same time the Hassle of putting in a 2ND Claim for Rodent Damage. The communication was very frustrating & very difficult repeatedly attempting to reach staff because he had said he’d be available to assist me @ anytime Then in finding out that they he was also heading up another location *so they were unavailable as I was trying to get answers & problem solve issues. And then I received *very minimal financially for the damage and loss of my furniture & other items. One of the most frustrating things is I just got another $50 Increase with my rent, which is 2nd time in a year! Thankfully, today I had a very professional & sweet lady “Patricia” advocate for me so they knocked off $20 for a senior discount. which every little bit helps… For such a small unit, I shouldn’t have to Keep getting increases. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent and I will say I’m happy to see they recently put better security on the outside doors of the buildings..”
