“I recently rented and I can assure you the negative comments are not my experience. The office is always open. Management text msg'd me to remind me to pay "BEFORE" a late fee was charged. I was shocked!! No other business calls before!! The fee is charged, then they call. Also, I was impressed at how clean the facility is and more so, how the manager swept the unit and sprayed it on our inspection. Lastly, as an avid reviewer, I asked about the negative remarks. The RV door issue occurred on the RV lot beside budget after the managing contract was taken from them. The other negative review was a justified review according to Harold. Something about him making an renting error which resulted in the frustration. Call and you'll know how truthful, honest and genuinely concerned with service this storage facility is. 5 star.”
