Welcome to Storage Perfect in sunny and beautiful Broomfield, Colorado. We're located near the intersection of 120th Ave. and Perry St., behind the 7-Eleven gas station, just West of 120th Ave. and Lowell Blvd. We're one of Broomfield's handful of family owned and operated self-storage facilities and have been providing moving and storage services to Broomfield residents since 1998. Our Storage Features
Our facility offers convenient gated access to your belongings all year round. Every one of our customers is given a unique access code that allows access to the property between the hours of 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can rest assured knowing our facility uses over a dozen of AI-enhanced cameras that record the property 24-hours a day.

Hours of Operation
Storage Perfect customers have access to the storage facility every day from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.. Our office is staffed 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.
U-Haul Authorized Dealer
Storage Perfect is proud to be Broomfield's largest and longest serving U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer. For nearly three decades, we've offered moving equipment rentals to Broomfield and its surrounding communities. We offer one-stop-shop convenience for moving trucks, trailers, dollies, and a large abundance of moving supplies.
