I have no complaints! That is always a good thing, right? I have used Willow Glen Storage for 14 months now. It has been quite the pleasant ride, smooth sailing and all. I am parting with Willow Glen Storage only because my family and I are relocating and can only wish this business well and much prosperity. Their pricing was very competitive with the other storage facilities we looked at. It was very easy to move in and the staff there has always been nice, friendly, very courteous and helpful. On top of that, the facility is very secure and well maintained and clean. This is the place to store your valuables at.

I went here the other day to check out pricing. I was amazed with how sweet and courteous the staff were. I believe I will proceed and get a unit here once I'm in the process of moving. The staff make it a very comfortable environment.

Very professional upbeat staff who fit us into a perfect size locker. We have a restaurant in Willow Glen and have heard this place is the best for short or longer term needs. It's in a convenient location too which is a bonus for us. I recommend anyone needing storage to come here. Thank you to everyone at Willow Glen Storage for helping make our move stress-free!

The quality service that I received from Sherrene at your Willow Glen location deserves praise. It's not very often that customer service is as delightful, helpful and professional as it has been with her. Their units are very clean and the prices are decent as well.

I've used my unit for the past 2 months. I've visited it a few times to grab a few things. It is always super clean, pest free, and secure all the time. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with storage needs in the San Jose area.

It's your average public storage. Has both indoor and outdoor units. The outdoor units are larger and you are able to pull up to them with your car/truck/van which is convenient especially if you are using the unit to store large items. The space is clean and there is rarely trash left behind by others. The only thing that is kind of gross is the porta pottys which are absolutely nasty and I honestly rather take the extra couple minutes it takes to walk down the street to Jack in the Box to use their restrooms if I ever need to go. Some of the managers(?) are kinda overly nosy at times, I understand it's their responsibility to make sure everyone's stuff is safe but that doesn't mean they need to stalk unfamiliar faces and make them feel so uncomfortable they begin to question if they've done something wrong.

Went to this place to rent a unit , stood outside for ages ringing the bell with no answer, then called them on the phone and it just rang and rang. Finally gave up.

They raised my rent after two months!!! DO NOT USE WILLOW GLEN STORAGE. They said theyd bring it back down to the original rate and did so for a month but each month I have to call and ask them to do it and now after several phonecalls, and emails, its still at the higher rate. I'm so disappointed with Willow Glen Storage because of this. If I knew they were going to raise my rent after 2 months, I would have gone somewhere else. I'm a single woman and I cant afford to have my rent raised every few months. Also the power was out in a whole building of units for over a month. If you cant even keep the power on, you shouldnt be raising rents.
