“Very disappointed in the professionalism of this place. Amber, location manager was always pleasant and helpful. I had a storage unit on Woodford (technically I still do because of the situation) for a few years, I removed my things May 28th-30th, except for the damaged property, which was molded and had housed mice for the time there. Later, I came to the realization that I was paying insurance for all three years, so I reached out to the office and was instructed to contact her manager for any insurance claims or questions. I contacted her boss, who instructed me to call Amber back because she should have taken my information. I did as I was told and about a week later, she informed me that she needed pictures of damages, which I provided immediately. Loooong story short, my pictures has been sent twice, I have yet to hear anything about my claim, I've been calling daily both, Amber, her boss (both numbers) and customer services that answers the phones when the location doesn't. My calls have been escalated a total of 4times and NOT ONE CALL BACK!!! Considering the fact that these people will call you the day your payment is due and every day until its paid clearly states that they know how to communicate but apparently, they don't know how when it's the other party getting paid. I paid insurance for three years and there is no way I should be being treated this way. I guess small claims court is next for me because it's going on two months and there couldn't be a good possible explanation for this sad unprofessional and disrespectful behavior!! I usually don't even do reviews but hopefully someone in corporate or Brian's boss will see and assist because he is definitely in need of assistance especially if he is going to be district manager..”
