“This 'Mom and Pop' storage business truly cares about its customers and I'm happy to give them my business! I live in LA but my parents are from the area, and we both visit the facility. The prices are excellent and so is the customer service. Chris, the young man who manages the office, is patient, understanding and keeps it classy and professional. I'm questioning the review posted by a disgruntled customer. First of all, Chris has gone above and beyond to help me and my parents with my concerns and questions, and treats people with respect. I've also seen him retain an impressive level of patience in the presence of irrational and rude behavior. Furthermore, although rodents and insects are par for the course at any storage facility, I've NEVER seen a rodent in our storage, or rodent damage. However I have seen evidence of pest control, so it seems like they truly do care about preventing any infestations and are taking proper precautions. I love this storage facility and value my relationship with the owners. Thank you Springview!.”
