My husband was quite ticked off at home and she called us promptly at 9:30 after I had written a somewhat snarky remark online because I was not able to pay my bill online. She called us promptly which was the first thing on a Monday morning. We were on our way over there anyway and she just said that she was waiting for us and to come right on. Suddenly the whole situation and my husband's anger was deflected by her warm and sunny yet professional attitude. Head east on Commander Shepard Boulevard, turn right on N. Armistead Avenue, and left on Potter Lane. Located at the end of the road. At this facility, we serve all of Hampton plus Newport News and Norfolk. We’re just south of Langley Air Force Base.
