“Lady at the front desk was so helpful. Needed a cargo van, they did not have one available but she was sure to take my number and called me as soon as one was returned. I was not able to drop the van off early and was not charged additional fee for late drop-off. I know they close on Wednesday and could not have checked me in when I dropped the truck, but I am sure they would have being within their rights if they decided to charge me the extra. Will be using them for all my u-haul needs in the future..”
