“I had a very disappointing experience at StaxUP Storage in Menifee. From the moment we walked in, the man at the front desk had an aggressive attitude toward us. He spoke to us in a rude and confrontational manner, raised his voice, and ultimately refused to provide us with service.The interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on the way we were treated, I left feeling that we were treated differently because of our race, which was upsetting and unacceptable. I unfortunately did not get his name but he was on shift today at 2:40pm. Customer service should never involve yelling at customers or making them feel unwelcome. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.”
