“If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Julio Cardenas at the Camino Abril location in Tucson made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of, not rushed, not like “just another customer,” but truly valued. He went above and beyond to answer every question, make sure everything was handled smoothly, and ensure I felt confident in my decision. That level of care is rare these days. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access—but honestly, Julio is what makes this place exceptional. Highly, highly recommend. You won’t find better service anywhere..”

“Normally I wouldn’t write a review about a storage place. But, the service I received was beyond exceptional that I had to say something. It deserves more than the stars that I can post. Julio Cardenas truly made sure he has gone above and beyond for all my needs! I have had the pleasure of working with him twice at the Camino Abril location that he is currently at and a previous location he was some years ago. And even then the service never took a backseat to whatever he had going on. He’s a great communicator and very knowledgeable with everything. Made moving in and out a breeze. So much I got another unit from him!.”
