“I recently had trouble getting into my unit, I lost my key and the manager Julio Cardenas stayed a little after closing to get the old lock off so I could get things out of my unit that I needed right away. He was so kind to do that for me right at closing time. I have rented for many years when Bob was the manager. He was great and Julio is just as great as he was, his customer service was A+!!.”
