“I have to say that the manager of this facility is amazing! My good friend has gone into a nursing home and I’m helping take care of all her affairs and he has been so kind, understanding and patient. He even went to visit her in the home and made her feel so special! This is 5 star customer service!.”

“Worked with a wonderful lady on the phone, unfortunately, didn't realize what I was doing and got way too big a storage unit. I was charged a lot and didn't get the deal they were offering. After I had a conversation with my dad, I called them back. I was having a really rough time, but I spoke with Mike and he said we could come in and fix it. I came in and Mike was awesome! Really helped out. We came out with exactly what I needed. Thanks, Mike!!.”
