Great Storage Facility. The staff is amazing, Seth was super helpful and easy easy to work with. I was out of work after having my daughter two years ago and they were gracious enough to waive late fees until I was able to pay my monthly rent. Would highly recommend using their storage services!

This facility is more than just a storage unit
Its a place that you can keep your precious items that you couldnt throw away safe. The staff that work at this facility are some of the kindest people I have ever met. If youre looking for a storage unit dont look any further. This facility will make you feel safe and at home. Oh and the cleanliness is absolutely 10 stars

Everything done online! Very User friendly . The original unit was changed due to Manager not liking the way the door was working.. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

We buy the contents of abandoned storage lockers all over the tidewater area. The management at this facility was the best we have dealt with, by far.

I have been renting here for many years and have been absolutely thrilled with the space and the super service Elaine & Eddie have provided through the years. The whole area is well maintained and Elaine & Eddie are so polite, kind will go out of their way to serve. I am so pleased to store my things here and have been blessed for many years to work with these dear people!!! I shall miss them greatly!!!

I was in dire need of a large storage close to home, stopped in to see Ms. Elaine...after 3 or 4 others and she saw I was a business owner and veteran and went out of her way to accommodate storing my boat and tools! I have a storage partner for life!!!

I love Elaine! She has a rare talent, she excels when it comes to customer service. Let me give you an example. She returned my phone call and met me at the gate, on her day off which I WAS SO RUSHED THAT DAY COORDINATING the logistics of moving. What a pleasant person to deal with in Va Beach, as good as Chris at Beach Ford. Both powerhouse action folks. With that said I and recommend Classic American Storage to anyone. GOOD LUCK to you both and happy holidays

This is a Great Place , Our Unit is very clean and the entire site is perfectly maintained . The Resident Manager ,
Elaine Domingo is so helpful and professional , she helped us every step of the way , this is our first time renting a Storage Unit and we found the best place in all of Virginia Beach , the Security is top notch and we are very pleased with our decision . 5 Stars for Sure !!!!

I have been a long time multiple unit customer at American Classic Self Storage (Potters Rd VB). Elaine is the most wonderful manager and I could always know I would have a smile waiting for me. As cars and rental condos and children's stuff came and went, I knew that I would always have a great experience. As an on site storage manager (a rarity these days), I know that my things are safe and everything is working. Downsized my storage needs but know I will always have a climate controlled unit with Elaine and American Clsssic.

Elayne and Eddie are the perfect people to be the faces of the business. They are the most attentive, helpful and courteous people around. She made sure my wife, two kids and two dogs were comfortable in the air conditioned office while the movers unloaded our household goods. She gave them drinks and snacks and wonderful conversation during a challenging day. I will recommend this place to everyone who will listen.

The service and attentiveness at American Classic Self Storage was amazing! Elaine went the extra mile and made arrangements for us be in a position to assess our reserved unit once we knew we would be arriving to the facility after working hours. She even gave us her personal number to call her if we had any questions -- which we did! The unit was very clean. Elaine made the entire experience a great one! Highly recommend American Classic Self Storage!

Elaine and Eddie have been nothing but amazing to work with. They're very personable, and always there to say hello, and make sure that everything is perfect. I've had zero issues with this storage unit, and plan to keep mine here for a long time. I even got a call from Elaine when they thought I forgot to lock my unit one afternoon. In the end, it ended up being another persons unit, but it still made me feel good to know that they'd call immediately if they thought something was wrong.

I was really impressed with Elaine's willingness to go the extra mile. She was extremely helpful, kept me up to date regarding unit openings and made the process of renting the unit easy (it only took a few minutes). Additionally, this location is very clean and secure. I highly recommend American Classic.

The best storage experience I ever had, Elaine and her husband could not be better at accommodating me over the years. I have been there for over 6 years and had at one time 4 units. They have kept the facility clean and always are available for questions and going beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend them. They are more than just managers but great human beings.

This location is fabulous! I can't say enough about Elaine and Eddie, they are a team with outstanding customer service (always a friendly hello/wave) and do anything to make your storage experience top notch. Having been with the military and many storage facilities, this has been outstanding by far, no one in the area or eastern US can compare to what the American Classic Self Storage-London Bridge location offers. I have been with the London Bridge facility for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else, The prices are great, it's clean and it's always a great experience. If you are looking for a storage facility that really cares about your personal belongings, and makes you feel welcome every time you come in, this is the place!

This is THE BEST! Elaine and Domingo are the most helpful,caring managers ever! Having used other storage units in the past, I have been consistently amazed with the cleanliness of this site: inside the units available, inside the buildings and outside in the common spaces. Mr and Mrs Domingo of course live on site; and the ENTIRE site is their home and it is lovely: clean and welcoming. They are always smiling, friendly, happy to see me whenever I stop by. I always feel safe when I come to move my items in/out of just come by to do some sorting and organizing my units: I have 3 that contain my worldly treasures as I transition from big house to a smaller house with less outside maintenance for me. One of my units is climate controlled: PERFECT for my most delicate possessions. I have been renting for 2 years now - come join me in the best Self Storage site in the city!

I have been a customer for 12 years and the managers are great. Very personable service. Excellent people skills. I feel they are family. Return phone calls promptly if I have left message after hours. Easy access to my unit. Never had a problem. I have used many storage facilities over the years but this is by far the best, cleanest I have seen.

I used three different storage companies before I came to this location and started to think they were all the same. Now I know they are not! The facility is always clean and secure. The staff is as friendly and helpful as you can ask for! In my 2 years here I don't have even the smallest complaint.

Elaine and Eddie are great people and run a fantastic business! Their customer service is superb. Their storage units are climate controlled, clean and well managed. They pay attention to safety and detail. When I moved to Virgina Beach I started using their storage and five years later still there! I would recommend them to everyone especially to my family and friends I care about.
