We got a storage unit from Dec. 2019 - April 2020. It was so convenient, clean and very reasonably priced. We were able to get to our unit anytime we needed to. We appreciated the monthly billing reminders and easily paid online each month. Mark was very personable, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend American Classic & will use them again if the need arises.

Totally unwilling to help customers. We suffered a loss with our house and were packed out by a mitigation company. During what was already an emotional time, this company charged the full month for three days worth of storage. I called to explain what our situation was - they didnt care. They said they submitted my appeal to corporate and it wasnt denied. So disappointed that they are comfortable stealing a months worth of rent for an empty unit.
