We had an absolutely amazing experience while using the storage services here. The staff is stellar and has always been extremely responsive and accommodating. The grounds are always well kept. We had a storage here for many years and had a great experience. We started off small, and when the need arose for a bigger unit the transition was easy. The facility is clean, and I felt like our stuff was safe even with our door facing the outside (versus a hallway). It was easy to switch over cards on autopay even when we moved out of town, communication was fast via email and phone.

We moved and had 6 weeks between house where we needed to store our things. Park West was fast, easy, (handled everything online including booking the unit and move out) and affordable. Will use them again if we ever need storage.

This storage unit is absolutely wonderful, it is always clean and well kept. Ive been with parkwest storage for 2 years now and I have never been unsatisfied. Debbie is also a delight and is very informative when I have a question, all in all a great well managed storage.

Best price storage around for the quality of protection and service. I was with them for over 10 years. Granted I should have made the choice to get rid of my stuff sooner but thats on me. My stuff was safe the entire time and Debbie (Deborah Kirby) was always super helpful! Thank you for make it things easy on me.

I had a great experience renting two spaces here at Park West. The extended gate access hours made it easy to get in when it was easy for me. The whole place is very clean with no sign of any rodents. Debbie and her crew run a great operation.

James and Debbie are a double duo in making your experience comfortable & accommodating. There were several times working on my storage when I was so involved in my organizing that I lost track of time & was locked in the storage. Although it was my responsibility they always came to my rescue with patience & understanding to let me through the gate.
I had 3 years @ this storage & I spent many hours there due to moving around to find a peace haven that I was happy with & never had any problems of vandalism or suspicious activity.
Everyone was polite & made my experience the best Ive had with keeping my valuables safe & secure. The units are very clean & new which was important for my antiques & heirlooms to be kept in the best condition.
Now that I moved out of town I am so grateful I chose Parkwest Storage knowing my things were in the same condition as when I first stored them & look great in my new home !

It's really nice to know they're there are businesses out there that practice true customer service. The businesses are only as good as the people they put in key positions such as Deborah and her husband are in this facility. I've been a customer for a little over a year now and sometimes you think the atmosphere or the people running a place would change in response and demeanor and customer service over time. Far from it... it's just who they are and the Integrity of their work and customer service is amazing. It's nice to see the consistency no matter what time of the year what time of the day, you are going to get the best service here. Last but not least this place is spotless very clean very secure. Like I said the place is only as good as the people you place in front of the customers! Deborah and her husband are keepers for sure! Can I close them for my company?!

The customer service here is delightful! They are very helpful to the point of giving a courtesy call to make sure you dont incur any late or lien fees. Debbie in the office always y has pleasant conversation and works diligently to make sure her customers are well taken care of. I highly recommend Park West Storage if you are looking for a clean secure and friendly environment.

Love the service from the team there! they both go out of their way to make my renting easy. Things are very clean and well lit up and security is wonderful. I have been there for 2 years and could not be happier. It is more expensive then other storage units in area but, I really do feel safe working in my two units by myself.

Park west has been a super convenient location right off the freeway practically.... The prices are good and the management seems very well organized.. the facility is always clean... I was so satisfied with them that I have became a repeat customer during my travels the past 4 years...

Park West is a well-run, super clean facility. The managers, Debbie and James live on site and take a vested interest in keeping the facility clean, neat, and safe. They are friendly and helpful. I don't have need to store stuff at the moment, which is why I left, but if I ever have need to store things again, they will be at the top of my list.

By far this is one of the cleanest storage facilities in Stockton. You dont have to worry about people living in the units or rats running around everything. Debbie and James are always a pleasure to deal with and Tim was a lot of help explaining everything and setting up my unit. I will forever recommend this facility to family and friends!

This was my first time renting a space, and it was very simple.
I was able to check availability and also reserve my unit online.
I was given a reservation number along with a date to move in, upon arriving to the office.
Me and my fiance were greeted welcomingly, the office was clean and set up with hand sanitizer and protective glass.
The process was very quick and painless, after my code was chosen we checked out the unit.
It was completely clean and just as described, the location is also very ideal.
If you have the need for a storage unit this is the place to choose.

I needed to upgrade to a larger unit and the staff at Park West Storage was able to get me into one almost immediately. They made the transition process so easy. The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly and efficient. Ive never had a bad experience with them.

My experience with this storage company was exceptional. The office staff is very helpful, the storage space is very clean, the surrounding area is also very clean. No riff-raff. I would rate this location a5-star & recommend you anyone asking.

We came here to pick up a Penske Truck we reserved online. They accidentally rented it out ugh. So why the 5 stars? The employee was obviously very concerned and truly felt bad for what happened. She started making calls immediately and found another truck for us in Modesto. When all was said and done, we got a truck and a discount for the hassle. Great customer service.

Debbie and James are definitely THE nicest, kindest managers! I have become friends with Debbie as we have talked over the years. She is always so sweet and we have meaningful conversations. This is a very clean and safe place for your storage. I would highly recommend Park West. Hopefully, Debbie and James will be there for a long time to come!!! Stored my belongings here for almost 2 years. No bug or rodent problems. Very CLEAN, secure and no homeless roaming around like at some other storage...
