I only rented my unit a few days ago, but so far so good. I like having use of the carts and there is a freight elevator to move my belongings from floor to floor. I was having a hard time with the code to open the door and when I called the CS number, they were able to assist quickly even though it was Monday and the office was closed. I was also impressed with Chris who works on site, he was very kind and imformative.

The reason why I chose this storage is because Michelle was SO easy to work with. She was very informative and kind. I think it's important to have a gracious staff like Michelle. Thank you!

My family has had an account with this storage for many years. Always and that is absolutely always, they have been fair and cooperative. My mother asked me to state an her behalf her appreciation to the new Manager, Chia (sp.) who went above and beyond the norm of courtesy and professionalism. It was greatly appreciated by her.

Miss Jamaica made my day. A lot of people around the storage business are really rude, mean and don't want to help but this lady was bright/cheerful and super helpful before she even knew I was a customer. I asked to use the rest room (anyone in Oakland knows, most people get pissed when you ask because homeless people be crazy) and she not only unlocked the door..she walked me all the way down the hall to show me where it was. Then when she found out I was a new customer, she walked me through everything and stuck around to make sure I figured it all out even though its the holidays and she was supposed to be off hours ago. She's a saint. Got my business for life!
