I have used Livermore Self-storage on multiple occasions and have had a great experience every time. The entire staff and manager Ashley provide exceptional customer service and immediately take care of anything you need. Being in the military, I usually need to store things rapidly and for varying periods of time, the Self-Storage crew has been super accommodating and understanding. If you're considering a storage facility in Livermore, this is definitely where you want to be.

I had the most pleasant and helpful experience with the facility manager, Dolly. Her patience, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and perpetual smile was a breath of fresh air. I would happily recommend this public storage location to anyone that would listen. Kudos Dolly, keep up the great work.

When I needed to find reputable place to store my things, I went to the police first. I was told that every storage facility has some problems, but they would use Livermore Self Storage for their own things. Ashley is friendly and helpful and patrols regularly. When I went in to rent a space, it was a great experience and I have not had a problem with my unit at all. It is clean, dry and secure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for extra storage.

I walked in close to 5:30p. Outside, a truck full of boxes and rain about to soak it all. I was greeted with professionalism and a smile even though they were closing shortly. Got through the rental agreement and into my unit with time left to unload. I was even given a key chain so I can keep my rental keys easily identified. Thanks Livermore Self Storage! If you're in the market for a rental unit, I highly recommend this location.

The prices are competitive and fair. The space is useable and the staff are friendly. If the unit has any issues they are quick to help fix them.

Ashly and Joe helped with my unit rental, did a great job explaining documents and rules. This was brought upon them by a call center mistake and a lot of help from Lizet at another location. Great service. See review for Gardella Plaza location.

Called with a few questions regarding the new insurance and spoke with Ashely. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. This is the only storage place I will use. They are clean, keep things updated, and super friendly. Everytime I go in to pay my bill, JOSEPH is friendly and glad to help. I love that they care about your personal business as well. They ask that only one person at a time to come in the office to keep your paperwork and business with them confidential. Highly recommend Livermore Self Storage!

The service was wonderful. Joe helped me get everything I needed and was extremely helpful with all my questions. He got everything completed even with the social distancing. He provided hand sanitizer and disinfected everything before I came in contact with anything. Very professional, helpful and kind.

This place is SO awesome: very clean, secure, and easy to move into. Ashley was so attentive and helpful- even when I had to take a work call in the middle of paperwork! The prices are definitely the best value in this area, and the facility is easy to move around in, even if you're in a truck. I moved into a 10x15 with no issues at all. After some quick paperwork, my rental, insurance, and safety lock were all taken care of. I feel so relieved leaving my stuff in Ashley's hands during this next chapter. FIVE STARS!!!

Moving is a nightmare! Self Storage literally made the process of finding a not only convenient storage facility but a affordable one pain and hassle free. Even move of a plus dealing with Ashley at the front desk was very reassuring. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Took the time to walk us to our unit and even show us multiple spaces so we could pick the right one for our move! Thank you so much for all your help! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Reserving the unit was easy. Did it online. Had to sign some papers when I showed up. Joseph was friendly and accommodating. Unit was mostly clean and as expected. Would rent here again.

The staff at Livermore Self Storage could not have been more helpful,
professional and pleasant. Ashley was always patient and pleasant in our phone conversations. I arranged to rent a self storage unit with Joseph at the site. He was very thorough in explaining the contract and was very congenial. It is the time of Covid, and he took care to socially distance, wear a mask and sanitize the counter and pens. The unit we rented was clean and secure. I highly recommend Livermore Self Storage!

This is a great, secure location with easy access. The staff are very courteous and helpful. In fact, Joseph has been great with looking after the units. One time I accidentally forgot to lock my unit, and Joseph promptly notified me before any potential problems. On yet another occasion, my car battery died and he offered to jump start my vehicle. Now that's going beyond the call of duty and shows his commitment and concern for the property and it's tenants. Thank you all for your attention to detail, very clean facility.

This is our third experience at a self storage place. We have a 10 x 20 spot. We like Livermore Self Storage because it is a locally owned business, friendly and customer oriented. This is the opposite of our experiences at some of the big brand places. It has fresh paint, security cameras and security gate. We left the other places because of large annual monthly increases every year to the point that our rental was no longer affordable. Livermore Self Storage also increases their rates annually, but it is a very modest increase. The property and units are older, but well kept up. The big brand name locations are newer but the customer service was terrible. We have been renting at LSS for the last five years and are happy with the storage unit and the owners.

The facility is great and the people were very nice and accommodating. My only grievance is that when I would come during the day the gate would always be open. Other than that everything was as advertised.

What can I say? Decent rates.The customer service is pretty good. It has proved to be a SECURE property. My only criticism would be the gate hours, more specifically the 7:00 pm exit time. Most storage facilities usually have a 9:00 pm exit time, or will at least facilitate a one-time exemption, such as on a move-in/out. I was told that a late exit was impossible and that I would be subject to additional fees if not out by 7:00 pm. However, I don't hold the on-site management accountable for what I believe is company policy. To said company, may I suggest going that extra mile and making a reasonable exception to a very general rule. Keep the gates open until 9 pm! Allow tenants to request a reasonable one-time late exit

Staff was friendly and helpful. They had available units and the price is fair. Only negative thing I can say is the units are smaller than advertised. I got a 5x15 when measured it's 4'6"x13'6" with a 3'9" door opening so plan accordingly.
