Alice and Mike were extremely helpful in selecting just the right sized unit. Very friendly and helpful! And the process was easy and went smoothly. The security guard greeted up and make sure we didn't need anything when moving in. Very pleased so far!

If you have storage needs you need to go see my friend Alice at Jackrabbit Storage! Mike and Alex both have outstanding customer service I always feel welcomed the property is always clean and they make me feel like family. They not only took the time to get to know me but they also gained my trust . I have to say this is the best storage place in 757. If you're anything like me constantly moving or constantly needing space Jack Rabbit storage facility has always been able to meet my needs!

Our site was clean, well lit and she gave us several choices, letting us pick the one we wanted. I highly recommend the place and the free moving truck to move your stuff into the storage unit is a stoke of genius

We've had a unit here for many years to store corporate files and my wife typically handles this other than using me occasionally for heavy-lifting.. Due to finishing out my work-shed (shop - I actually prefer to call it a barn), I needed a place to store tools and other items which had accumulated over the past 30 years and they had to be stored separately from the corporate files.
I was very pleased with the new resident managers, a man and wife living on the property. They were indeed intent on pleasing me, the customer. This is an appreciated twist from the previous resident managers.
Due to what I've seen over the past few days in comparison to what we'd experienced over the past several years, I definitely recommend this facility. Please make this couple successful by renting your storage space from them - they are good people. And people, that's the main if not only difference between a 10X10 at one location and a 10X10 somewhere else.
Renting storage space should be pleasurable - this couple makes it so.

Alice was great. She explained everything thoroughly and waited patiently with me while my husband called USAA to update our renter's insurance. She gave us great customer service, the facility was very clean, and the price was competitive. You won't be disappointed renting from them. This is coming from a person that does not do customer reviews, but I felt compelled to support great people.

My experience with Jack Rabbit on Witchduck Rd was amazing! Staff is amazing, friendly! Grounds very well kept and clean. Storage units and hall always clean. Staff goes out of the way to make sure your happy with your location. Im more than sure I will be returning!! Tanya was the most helpful person Ive seen.

Stored my motorcycle with Jack Rabbit for 3+ years. Sad to go but I sold my bike. While storing there I had nothing but the best service. I had piece of mind that all my belongings were safe and well protected. Should I need storage again in the future, I will definitely choose them again!

Definitely happy with the service at this location. I was able to rent two storage units at a reasonable price and also used the moving truck for free. Its a very secure location and easy to get in and out of.

The customer service here is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I met Mr Jason when I first came here, who made sure I got every deal and everything I needed for my storage. He was very patient and welcoming. I lost my key the next day and was about to pay to get a locksmith when Mrs Tanya, the manager, decided to help me and have someone cut it off for me for free. She was so helpful, patient and understanding the whole time assisting me. YOU DO NOT GET THIS KIND OF HOSPITALITY AT ANY STORAGE UNIT and I AM VERY SATISFIED with my choice.

I don't know when the other people wrote those reviews but December 5th 2018 through May 9th 2019 that place is infested with mice the mice ate my clothes paperwork rubber off the wires on my electrical equipment that I had stored the 8th through the boxes they ate holes in my mattresses made nests and multicolored droppings and urine was all over everything

I used to recommend Jack Rabbit until I had a recent problem. I have rented from various locations for 30 years. They have this old insulation on the ceilings that falls down on your stuff. They apparently cleaned the insulation from an adjacent unit, and a bunch of the insulation ended up all over my unit. It looked like someone took a cheese grater over everything. I have several massage tables in their covers that took the brunt of it. They cannot be wiped off, they need to be vacuumed, as I don't evem them in my car in this state.
I called the help line to ask if there was a plug, so I could use a shop vac. I was told no.
The manager, Tanya called and said she could use her blower, which would only blow the insulation every where. She said she would inform staff to get an extension cord, so I could use my shopvac, but when I showed up the next day, they didn't know anything about it. The only plug was near the ceiling and used for the fans in the climate control area. The employee didn't think she was allowed to access those plugs, and they would require a ladder.
The next day, an assistant manager called me and said she would inform employees to help me get to the plug. I told her I would get there in the next few days, as my schedule allowed. (I am a caretaker for my elderly father.) We got off the phone, and she accidentally redialed my phone. I heard her talking to other employees and saying that I was being irrational, because the covers for my equipment could be put in the washer. They can't, it would ruin them. She also was disparaging the employee who worked the previous day to the other employees.
I called the help desk to complain, and the lady there said she could only escalate it back to the property manager, and refused to escalate it to corporate. She said if I wanted to escalate it, that I had to "follow their process", and submit my complaint in writing.
That is the wrong way to handle an upset client when you are clearly in the wrong!
So here is my complaint, in writing.
