It's my second experience with using a storage company. The first experience in NC left a bitter taste in my mouth. I was nervous going into this situation but I am extremely happy that my stuff was not damaged by rats, mice, or water. Several storage units are covered with a drive through. The two on-site managers/employees were always helpful and ready to engage in a conversation (socially distanced and/or outside) even in the presence of a pandemic. I would use them again but may consider the temperature controlled option.

Mr.Jesse was very knowledgeable about the property and very helpful with the questions I had. He made me feel comfortable.and he was very respectable. So yes I would definitely recommend Lockaway Storage to anyone thats in need of a storage unit.

Staff is great.They treat you like family.Always willing to help assist you.I would tell anyone if you need a storage go and talk with Jessi or ashley.I would have given 10 star but you only have 5 star.

My experience has been great thus far. The unit location and office hours are very convenient and they even helped me when during financial hardship during the pandemic! Highly recommendable facility!

Manager went out of his way to make sure I found covered storage for my boat. I love the covered space with electric. These guys make it simple unlike some other boat storage facilities.
