It was very easy to make a reservation for a storage unit online and pick a day to come in to the office to finalize paperwork. Kevin was incredibly helpful and explained everything in the terms very clearly. There were no fees that came out of nowhere and I feel confident in my understanding of the pricing structure. The whole process was super quick and easy. It is very helpful to have a kiosk on site for if you have account needs or questions outside of regular business time, as it allows you to contact customer service. The lot is one direction for traffic and that feels very safe when getting or storing your items, as you only need to keep an eye on one end of the drive. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know. It is a great value for the price!.”
