“I have been very pleased with the help, friendliness and kindness I have received from the staff at Keylock Storage. Merle and Brandie in particular are very helpful and answering any questions I had about my unit. The place is very secured, and I felt very comfortable renting a small unit on the second floor. I also love utilizing the Keylock Storage App to open the doors I needed to get into my unit. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Keylock Storage to a friend. Thank you, Merle and Brandie! You guys ROCK!.”

“EDIT- UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. So far so good, very responsive and helpful. Even making an effort to right the wrongs old management did. I suggest looking for a local storage company with good customer service where your business is appreciated. This is a very disjointed company. Customer service is separate call center, and billing another company. On site staff can’t seem to help with anything. And they don’t seem to care to try. For years I’ve gotten an email every month saying I missed a payment, two days later my auto pay comes out like it always does. For a long time they would call me to tell me I missed the payment because they couldn’t even see I had auto pay set up to come out in two days. This month I called to cancel the auto pay because I needed to switch it to another card. They said IT WAS CANCELED and would absolutely not come out of that card it and I would be getting a call back to set up the new payments. I missed the call back and my payment came out of the old card anyway over drafting my account and causing fees. They were unable to reverse the payment or help in any way. The first person I spoke to said it was my fault for missing their call back, the second person I talked to said there wasn’t even a man who worked there and no one ever told me they would cancel my auto pay at all! Take some responsibility, it’s called good customer service..”
