Twice now, we have found ourselves in a situation where we needed a large storage shed on a day's notice and Tom, at Fruitland Keylock came through for us! He is friendly & efficient and always helpful. Thumbs up to Keylock!

It is not everyday you experience A+ service and I wanted people to know about Tom at Keylock Storage. My husband and I are moving to Coeur d'Alene next month and have been looking for storage while our house is being built. Tom went out of his way to make sure we were all set with the last storage unit available. He was responsive in making sure we received the lease and proper forms electronically as well as giving us all the information needed to properly get set up. It was certainly stress free for us and I can't thank Tom enough for his outstanding service.

My wife and myself have recently retired and moved to Post Falls from the Seattle area where we had lived and worked for 32 years. Needless to say, we will need to learn about our new location from a lot of well versed and helpful people to get settled in securely. This helpfulness we found in Sherri, the facilities manager where we will be storing our RV with the confidence that it will safe and secure. I had looked around for a storage unit and found this one to be the best in answering questions, returning calls, price and location. I drove from out of state and was very concerned that I wasn't going to be there so I stayed in touch with the very nice gentleman and he assured me that he would wait until I arrived. I did make it on time and he was quick yet thorough on getting me all signed up. Thank you for the amazing service!!

My Keylock experience has been quite nice. From the moment I called and was able to reserve a unit to the sign up process with Sherri. The price is good in comparison to other companies and I'm able to reduce my storage costs. Rain gutters on the unit and 24 hour access are features my previous storage unit lacked. Location on Fruitland is convenient.

Hands DOWN the best customer service in N. Idaho! Had an emergency need for a storage unit. After calling 5 or 6 different places my wife got a hold of an employee who said he would like to help and noticed a unit may be coming available. SO HE CALLED THEM and asked in advance so that we could get a unit. Then upon arrival Sherri was so incredibly gracious and helpful. It was about 85 degrees when we were unloading a truck we drove over 300 miles and Sherri even brought us cold bottled water. To say I am impressed with the service I received here is an understatement. Sherri and the team there deserve a HUGE raise!

I needed a storage unit for the purposes of being in between houses only for a short period of time. After moving to a new place I still kept the storage but downsized the unit size. I went to Keylocks office to give notice to vacate. I encountered Sherri who helped my vacate process super easy. She was so friendly and very helpful. I never had any issues with my whole experience with Keylock. The 24 hour access was a huge benefit. I will definitely rent from them if needed in the future!!

I spoke to a girl on the phone that took my info and reserved a unit then when we got there it had been rented. I spoke to Tom who went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am very pleased with the outcome and have to say that out of all the people I spoke with trying to find a unit to rent Tom & Sherrie were by far the best. I will recommend this facility because people like Tom & Sherrie make me want to come back to this location. Thanks for all your help & hospitality.

I spoke with a girl on the phone, (I believe her name was Marisa.) I was a little hesitant due to problems I've had with past experiences at other places but she was very helpful in answering my questions, and I decided to rent a unit. When I went in, it was the easiest experience I've ever had. She was very helpful, kind, and made the experience so much better. I also loved that they already had locks and such there. I highly recommend Keylock storage.

I've had an excellent experience at Keylock Storage on Fruitland Lane. Sue has been consistently helpful and friendly every time I've been there. I've found the place convenient and clean and it feels like a secure place for storage. One TIP: look on the internet FIRST before going there and print out any internet sales should you decide to go in person to sign up. At least from my limited experience, they will match internet pricing when you bring internet prices to their attention.

Sue was the lady that helped set up my storage and Tom the maintenance man was in office as well. Very professional, efficient, and helpful. Both employees offered good conversation while doing the paperwork. They have popcorn and chocolate for customers as well. Best storage facility I have used. Am prior military so have used different facilities nation wide. Good price point as well.

We had another large storage unit at another facility and it has been sold. I called Sue and explained the situation to her and she gave me the information of what she had available on site. But just in case none of those would fit our needs she also told me about some of the other sites that were available. She was so helpful and friendly we went back the next day and rented a unit from her. We met Jim the maintenance man and he was just as friendly. She had us go through the gate to make sure our code worked on the gate and explained the locks on the unit door. We chose to use our own lock and she didn't push us other wise. I feel this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship!

I couldn't be happier with the professional and courtios service Sue, Jim, and Katie have provided for me. I have had my run in's with many storage companies with less than fair results. It has been a breath of fresh air to finally be at ease knowing that my items are in a safe and secure location. The staff notifies me of any changes in advance so i can prepare in a timely fashon, The snow is removed for easy access, and the fresh coffee is ALWAYS a bonus. Moving two households into two large storage units was an extremely stressful time! Katy and Keylock made it a breeze!! Always professional and straightforward at every turn! Had enough surprises having two escrows getting delayed!! Highly recommend CDA Keylock off Fruitland! Katy said they run the HAYDEN facility with the same outstanding service! A true 5 star experience! Hard to find these days!!!

The gate code saying is pretty old and long and the whole facility is kind of small but it definitely suits your needs for your storage needs

The units are very clean and grounds well kept. BUT although Sue was a very nice and helpful can't say that about the corporate office, I gave my notice and all the the paper I was supposed to but Sue failed to turn on because of personnel problems. So The took the rent and charged my credit card even though I had moved out Now can't get them to resolve this almost two weeks still no response. Certainly not the way to treat your customers, can't in good conscience recommend them

They told me to get the bigger size because the smaller one wouldn't hold everything...my stuff doesn't even take up Half of the storage unit. I felt they should have showed me the two unit sizes to let me make an informed decision instead of letting me waste my money..which the lady claims she does not want to do. Lies.

Sure the facilities are good but this place is not the type of people you want to support and do business with... they will harass you on the 2nd day of the month to pay no matter what but even when they know you are grieving the loss of a child. We have had this unit for almost 2 years and paid every month(maybe not right on the 1st but paid nonetheless) EVEN when my husband was unemployed for 6 months last year. We never asked for any favors, we paid and we paid any late fees that occurred. Three months ago, in September, my son died and when we were in Texas for his services at the first of Oct. these ppl called for payment ( yes i know it is my responsibility to pay but given the circumstances....) my husband explained the circumstances and that we were burying our child out of state and would take care of this later when we returned and what did they do??? Call again 2 days later! Mind you its still the very beginning of the month, only Oct 6th or 7th. Again, I know if we paid on the 1st day of month this would not have happened but WE ARE GRIEVING and I just feel that any LOCAL business that we have supported for almost 2 years would have a little more compassion and understanding for its customers during such a devastating time instead of harassing us and then charging us even more with late fees! Again last month, we started receiving calls on the 2nd day of the month, so I paid and called and explained once again that I handle the bills and I am deep in grief over loss of my firstborn child and not thinking about the bills and dates but getting them paid even in my grief and to quit calling my husband at work and to have some consideration for us during this time. I was told they understood and would make notes in system etc and not call until the 15th of month just in case I went that late which I do not. But what happened starting the 2nd day of December ?? Calls, texts, etc...REALLY?!?! I would remove my all of my worldly possessions from there if it were that easy. Yes I have been a FEW DAYS late paying in my time of grief but I think harassing a client of almost 2 years when you know they just lost a child is absolutely despicable.

This is our first experience with a storage unit, as we are moving and needed to put our home into a unit until our new house is ready. If 0 stars were an option, I'd give them zero. It was nothing but problems from the moment we called! I called and someone from their customer service center set me up with what I thought was a storage unit, as I told her numerous times that I needed a unit for home storage. She set me up to view a RV parking space! So once we got that figured out, we found a storage unit. One, it was the highest price we had been quoted in town. Crazy expensive, but we were in a time crunch so we agreed. We were told rent would be due on the 1st and they'd charge my card on the 1st. We confirmed this multiple times with the front desk gal, which ended up being incorrect. She also confirmed we could take possession of it on the following Friday, the day we were moving. Come Friday, we find out that THEY ARE CLOSED. We tried calling WELL OVER 100 times IN A ROW to get ahold of someone at another location (Appleway) and NOBODY answered once. We had to physically go down there and figure out what we were supposed to do, considering we were moving THAT day. The guy, while knowledgeable, said we would have to pay for this month and the next. We only needed it for 3 weeks! I understand one month, but 2? And not pro rate it down when we leave? Nor did we get offered a discount for all the inconvenience we had experienced that day! They also stated they didn't even have our information on file, nothing. Not my name, phone number, credit card info (that I provided them already!) This was the most stressful moving experience I have ever experienced. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with a company who makes excuses for their repeated screw ups. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We ended up canceling and getting a bigger unit through someone else for so much cheaper, entirely online and in minutes!
