“Rick and Cynthia have been incredible support as I have moved the final 27 yellow/black totes that are holding our surviving memories from before 3.5ft of Hurricane Ian water devastated our lives. The 3 units we had at "another storage facility" have finally been cleared of the new purchases and items bought for the rebuild (furniture, bathroom fixtures, tubs/showers/faucets, our entire new kitchen with cabinets/appliances/countertops), the items have been sorted, culled, installed, substituted, etc, and the most important things from our family's life before the disaster, are in a safe, clean, nearby, well-lit, rat-free location, ready to be reintegrated into our lives.
