“A few things confusing and concerns So had to call a couple times but received great service with the people. Identity via picture without clear notice if protection from hacking etc. Then having to enter document identification. So that is still better in person Other issues are explanation of additional contact vs lies holder would have been helpful Ability not to have to select auto pay and coverage to make Reservations. But customer service offered solution. I feel confident all will be fine. .”
