“The staff were very helpful. I wanted some packing boxes but I do not have a car and as I live locally, I did not want to pay the delivery fee. They offered their trolley to me (at no additional cost) so I could transport the boxes to my home. So I picked up 10 boxes, using their trolley walked home and then returned it straight away. I received 100% good old fashioned customer service. Nothing was a problem and the staff did everything they could to help me. This is why I keep going back to them.
