I was in need of a storage on short notice and stopped at closing time on a Friday evening. Martin was very professional and courteous and helped answer all of my questions. The location is clean and the prices were lower than other storage companies in the area. The customer service is exceptional and overall I am pleased my experience with Lockaway Storage.

We came in today hoping to move my mother in law from a 5x10 to a 10x10. Well....didnt work out to well. We had to keep both units. After sizing it up we talked to Daniel and he provided exceptional service and helped us out tremendously. Thanks so much for the info and helping us out!

Aa great customer service and will alert you if your storage unit has any problem. There was one time were I forgot to lock my stoage right and so they were quick to call me to lock my stoage as soon as possible.

When I needed a storage the guy said they were full, that they would call me back if one would become available. Ok if I need a storage and I am calling why would I care to wait a month or two. By the time the did call me I already had gone with Uncle Bobs.

Twice my storage has been locked at this lockaway on w.w. white, I have been a customer for 3 years or more and has paid on time. They offer nothing for the mistake but excuses and have increased rental 4 times. I do not recommend them to anyone, 1 star is lowest I can give.
