I have been a customer of Lock Away Storage for about a year. The staff is great to work with and very friendly. The facility and the grounds are clean and it shows they care.
I have used other storage places around the area and they all only want your money. Lock Away Storage wants to ensure you feel good about storing your property with them and know it is safe and secure.

I was hoping to at least receive mediocre service for arriving in near closing time but Grace totally blew me away! She extremely helpful, pleasant and very thorough when explaining leasing information. Rates are bomb, staff is awesome and I am comfortable storing my belongings there!

I have been storing my inventory here now for 4 years. I have NEVER had any issue. I always get commented on by my customers asking if this place is new. Or they tell me wow this place is secure. Like the above reviewer said. They are very personable and understanding. Its not about the money to them. Its making sure you are happy. When Allen left I was very worried that things would change. It was almost if Allen never left. Eddie and Brittney go above and beyond just as Allen did. I have referred many friends, and family to this place. Some were temp and some were long term. Others came back after realizing how much better this place was compared to others.

Grace was very helpful and knowledgeable about the business she's in and also very attentive to customers and I would like to thank her for helping us out. Thank you grace for everything you did! The place is well kept as well. Loved the leasing experience. I would recommend anyone to come here.

I was in a bind where I needed a storage immediately. I went to Lockaway Storage and was greeted by Grace, the manager on site. Grace turned my stressful situation into a pleasant one. Grace was able to accommodate my needs by finding me the storage I was looking for. Grace was extremely professional, immediately acknowledged every customer who walked in the door and was great at multi-tasking. I will definitely recommend Lockaway Storage to friends and family, because of the exceptional customer service I received from Grace.

Have been a customer of Lockaway storage De Zavala location for last four years and it has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and the location is well maintained. The units are very accessible and their hours suited my needs.

We're glad we chose lockaway storage over others because we have never had a problem with the facility or staff. It's always clean and maintained and Damien is always helpful in making sure we get the best deal for our storage needs. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a unit.

I had a smooth, great process with this location. Staff was very helpful. I arrived with my reservation, had a quick check in and was with them for a month. When I called to ask about a possible move to a smaller unit or staying in the same unit, staff was very nice about giving me details. Check out was quick and easy as well. If I need a storage unit again, I will definitely use this location.

Outstanding customer service when I moved in and when I moved out. The storage facility is very clean, well lit, and convenient. They even have Dolly's so you can move your furniture, etc. easily. I highly recommend Lockaway Storage on De Zavala Road.

Grace was very friendly and nice. My leasing experience was great. She took the time to show me around and I even had my 1 year old with me so she was very patient. The whole building is well kept and clean. Climate control storage is pretty cool. She was amazing and I cant tell you how grateful I am. thank you Grace!!. I loved my leasing experience. (:

I rented a climate-controlled unit. Never experienced any problems during my two years here. Staff was always very professional and helpful. Property is always clean and well-kept. Will definitely use again if Im back in SA!

On the day I began business with Lock Away Storage I visited different places, most seem like they weren't interested or care whether they rented the place or not. When I walked in to Lockaway, I was immediately greeted by Damien who took the time to explain the different options I had, gave me some tips on square footage and throughout the rental process showed he cared about his customers. My business Vida Connect Independent Solutions in San Antonio, TX. now relies on this Lock Away location for storage, but wait it doesn't end there, after I signed my lease and on my third month now we still have a person with a great personality sitting behind the desk who will wave at you as you come in. Awesome customer service on DeZavala Rd.
