The Manager has accomondated me several times thru the years at last minute notice and he has definitely delivered his service.
The units are exceptionally clean and the property is very well groomed and taken care of.
Great location to store your belongings and know that your personnel posessions are in GOOD hands.

The facility is super clean, the rates on units are the best in the area, and management is super helpful and friendly. This is the place to put your stuff.

Botetourt Self Storage was the perfect place to store our household goods for our move. We've had the experience of using the 10 by 10 as well as the 5 by 8 sizes. They are clean and dry as well as safe. And Chris, who runs the place, has been extremely helpful and accomodatng.

I truly appreciate Chris for his kindness and availability as I rented 1 space, then moved to a bigger space, then rented another! (I know, it's a long story!) Clean units, good price, on a dead end street (which makes it much safer), in a nice area, that's well lit and monitored. AND they have a moving truck that is available to use for your first move. How great is that?

This is the storage facility I will use again, if the situation calls for it. The property manager, Chris, went out of his way on more than one occasion to help me. He is a very friendly person. It's a very organized and well kept facility. And the cost of rent, for that size unit, was a great deal!

Nice guy and plenty if room at the facility. Usually these self storage places are so tight to get in and out of with a trailer, not the case here.
