I have utilized the facility in Portsmouth, Virginia for over 4 years and received excellent customer service. I chose the current location as I knew from past experience that this is the place for my current needs. All personnel were very professional and gave me a tour that left nothing in question about rules and regulations that were required. Very impressed with professional demeanor and a "welcome smiling face" when I arrived. Kudos for the manager Camile Broom as she made me feel welcomed and made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the facility. Great Job!! Keep up the excellent customer service.

I met Camille B. the first time I came in to find out info and Mallorie when I came back to rent. They were FANTASTIC, so helpful and nice. I was able to see all of the sizes I was curious about, they answered all of my questions, and they were very helpful. The place is IMMACULATE. I mean not a teeny tiny piece of trash or bug in site. I feel safe going to my storage area at night and the cart is always available close buy. Excellent experience! I highly recommend.

This rating is actually 4.5 of 5! Managers are outstanding! Nigel and Karen provides personal support/assistance in every way possible. After many years of outer state location, I found them to be most reliable and so caring!!!! Facilities are maintained extremely well. Moving carts and exterior lighting must be increased and improved for total convenience and night time safety.

For the most part I have never had a problem. It wasn't until I was moving out of my storage unit and there was a dead rat and feces. Had been at 2 different AAAA self storage facilities, within the time frame of 10+ years. I had never had any pest problems before.
