We left our storage unit over a year ago, we just got back with a u haul to empty it out. As we emptied it out we found that the roof had been leaking and mold was everywhere. When we approached the front counter and she refused to refund any of the rental fees
It was obvious that the screws were leaking from the roof penetrations

I have throughly appreciated the professionalism and easy mini storage management at Storage 4 U. I have used their storage for over 8 years and never had an issue. I highly recommend them!!!

Stored our household belongings here for a month while we moved from another state. Jax, the manager, was easy to talk to and highly available for questions both via text/phone and email. The place was clean and I felt comfortable my things were safe and secure. Highly recommend and will use them again if we ever need to store anything in the future.

Jax at the Eckhert location came through for me with the most unbelievable customer service Ive had in a while. The patience he had with me while walking me through the unit linking on my account, was first class. Ive been a customer for over 5 years now, Im a carpenter by trade, and have an addiction for buying tools. As a consequence, I started with a 5x10 unit, upgraded to a 10x10 after a while, then got another 5x10. Unfortunately, I cant shake the monkey off my back, and will be looking for yet another unit. The rates are great here, security is grade A, and office staff has always given me the vip treatment. Highly recommend this place. 10 stars rating!

Jax the attendant was awesome He's very friendly and helpful and very professional. Love the fact that the storage unit is 24 hours since I work late and sometimes I cannot get my tools back to my storage unit by 9:00 I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend that you see Jax when you go there!!!

Great secure, clean place to keep your extra belongings. Easy to sign up and one single phone call allows you to close your account out. I was there for about 2 years and never had a single problem.

Mediocre facility with numerous pot holes and standing water. Poorly maintained. Rent is increased on a regular basis, despite a lack of attention to detail at the facility.

Very nice storage units very spacious. The property is kept under close watch and it's very clean. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Both locations were excellent. Especially Victor @ the Eckert location. Communication was excellent. I received a call back in a timely manner and he went out of his way to show the property ( pointing out lights, safetly precautions and even made sure I was able to secure the gate. I really appreciated the patients I was given with my last minute reservations due to my military move. Excellent service!!!

Excellent service and rates. The manager, Victor, is fantastic and addressed me by name and made me feel welcome whenever I stopped by. Supremely helpful with my questions as well. Facility is clean and a safe place for your stuff all at a great price. Super easy to pay online too. Definitely coming back if I need extra space again.

The location is convienient and always in great condition. Victor in the office has been exceedingly great ! His service ius always above par and he is quite pleasant and affable. I have been a customer for more than a decade, with a fluxuation in unit sizes. I have a myriad of choices in the area and storage 4 u is always the nicest with the best pricing.

I was with storage 4u for 3 years and loved it. Victor was a huge help and was able to make payments for me over the phone when my internet server wasn't working. My rate never went up and I had zero water damage as it's an outside storage unit. Love love love!
Call victor for storage space!

If you need a storage place in the local San Antonio Area, this is the place for you. The manager, Mr. Givens is very knowledgeable and helpful. The rates are amazing affordable. I searched 5 places before coming here and they the beat all the other places.

I rented a storage unit for a few months while relocating in San Antonio. I apparently forgot to lock my unit one day and I left town for a few weeks. I changed iPhones and any messages they left were on the old phone. They put a lock on my unit and mailed me the keys. I thought that was great service! Nothing but good things to say about them

Super easy to use. Website allows for rental online. Also there is a kiosk outside for new rental and payments. Staff is very friendly.
