I have always heard negative stories about storing your belongings at a storage facility. So I was a little reluctant to rent one, however it had to be done. So after calling a few places and receiving horrible customer service, I contacted Advantage Storage. The Rowlett office was busy so I was transfered to the national number. I was blown away by the sweet, compassionate, understanding and very helpful woman I spoke with ( I'm horrible with names ). She answered all of my questions and assured me my things would be in good hands. And she sent me to the Rowlett location where I talk with another woman who to was amazing. Got me in and out with ease. Their prices are the lowest I've found and the facility is super clean. I would definitely refer anyone to this company and the Rowlett location.

Very warm & caring staff (Kristi & other gentleman are TOP NOTCH) who met every request & went above & beyond what's required of them just to help make my life easier. Clean & fully functional...not one tiny issue occurred. well maintained & operated. Secure. will definitely continue to use them & should I relocate they will be the 1st storage vendor I contact.

The storage was cheap and clean. Jessica in the office was super helpful. I was in and out, would recommend to my friends and family. The young man is always helpful as well.

Secure location, and a lot nicer than the one I transferred from. Staff worked with me on making the switch and checked on me and the movers, made the transition reassuring.

Best storage place I've been to so far, would highly recommend to anybody. Also, the employees are very nice and helpful when you're trying to figure out what size unit you'll need.
