I selected this facility because it's super clean and very well maintained, and because a sudden death in my family required immediate storage.
Renee and Don were professional and helpful, no doubt, but they also were kind, considerate and accommodating given my situation.
Though our relationship was business, Renee and Don's empathy will have a lasting impact on me and my family.

I initially chose Advantage Storage for convenience since it is 5 minutes from our daughters apartment. But we were so blessed to see the many differences from our previous storage rental. Renee and Don were more personable. The facilities were much nicer including bathrooms which I never did see at our previous rental unit. We were even offered bottled water when we were moving in. And not only are we paying less, but our unit is a 10X5 instead of a 5X10 meaning it is ten feet wide and only 5 feet deep which makes it much easier to get to the things in the back. The facilities as well as the employees are first class.

The Advantage Storage in Plano is clean, easy to access, and professionally run by super-friendly people. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has valuable assets they need to store.

I loved storing here when I lived in Plano! Rene and Don were AMAZING. I will never forget when I was going out of the country and the night before I realized my big suitcase was in my storage unit and it was after hours. I was SO GRATEFUL they were available to let me in to get my suitcase that night. The two of them always treated me like family and the same for anyone I ever brought with me. I miss our coffee and bagels we used to share when I stopped in to make a payment. You won't regret storing here I promise...I MISS IT!!!

Moving is such an overwhelming experience, but Renee and Don made it much more pleasant. Clean facilities, easy way to pay online, and always a friendly face when you come in.

Our experience here was great from the beginning. We received awesome customer service each time we communicated with Don and Renee. Our unit was clean as well as the entire facility. I personally felt safe while in there with the lighting and security. They had ample push carts to tote stuff to and from the unit. If we ever need storage again we'll definitely come back!

Great storage facility, and very clean. Also felt safe going in and out. The owners are very friendly and always willing to help. I love that they always have complimentary refreshments and candy :)

Renee and her husband were WONDERFUL! I came in shopping around and they ultimately helped me make up my mind. Great customer service I am super happy with my choice in my storage facility! That on top of the cleanliness and security, i recommend this place!!

This place is awesome! The facility itself is clean and all that it's said to be but the staff is amazing. I was new to Texas and they were helpful and answered questions while making sure that I got the best deal available! For the duration of my rental they continued to be friendly and supportive. Highly recommend this facility.

This facility is beautiful, clean and secure. More importantly, it is managed by amazing and kind people who are fantastic to work with. I had a unit for 6 years and I cant stress how awesome these folks were to work with! If you need storage in this area dont look at any other places - this is by far the best!!!

Renee and Don were very nice and accommidating. The storage bins and the buildings are clean and comfortable to walk in. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, just as my friend Jessie recommended it to me.

We are here now and both the elevators are not working! This is ridiculous! We are going to charge them for the overtime spent by our movers. Stay away from this storage!!! Far away!
