I was using a-z storage for important papers storage, I went Saturday to pick up all my belongings from the storage to find out when I open my storage room was infected with mice, the mice eat through the papers and damage most of them, I told the lady in charge and she told me they knew about the mice, she told me they come from a field near by, she couldn't do anything about it, I ask for my deposit back and she told me she couldn't give it back until I sweep the mice drops, which is not my fault they have mice, so I left with damage papers and no deposit!

Don't return/rent a U-Haul truck here. I dropped one off, after 3 attempts to meet someone during operating hours, I had to leave the paperwork and key in a drop box.
Fast forward 5 days, I notice a $25.00 cleaning fee charged on my Discover card. I called to inquire. I was told 'there was an animal cracker and Cross found in the truck, so you are charged a cleaning fee'.
One animal cracker, which was under the front seat, most likely from the previous person who had the truck. The cross was accidentally left, I place it in my front yard at Easter and it stated 'He has Risen'. I asked if I could come get the cross, was abruptly told, 'I threw it away, it was trash'. In shock and disbelief, I asked for the $25.00 fee to be removed, I was told no and then the call ended, yep hung up. I called back twice, no answer.
I now reach out to U-Haul customer service, they too were surprised, particularly over the cross being thrown away, stating how unreasonable this was and apologized for what occurred. They promptly refunded the $25.00.
Don't use a rental/or return a rental here, I am confident everyone is charged $25.00 as a way to make more money. Shame on A to Z for such poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. Two thumbs down

Wow. Probably not the right job for this guy. Victim attitude, no customer service, even U Haul apologized for his attitude and said all they get is complaints about him. Several other good options in the area.
