Our belongings spend almost 4 1/2 years at Iron Guard Storage - Killeen. We visited the storage when it was time to depart to sort and discard items. I was expecting possible water damage, rodent issues, or a large quantity of dust. I was smiling when I saw the only issue was a little dust on the boxes at the very top and there were collapsed boxes because they were heavy. No water damage, NO insects (alive or dead). Mark takes great measures to take care of his customers belongs I notices traps outside, packets inside the storage for unwelcome critters and the area is free of trash. Over the last 2 months I visited the container 4 or 5 times and Mark would check on me, asking how we were doing and was very accommodating. He thanked us for our service as Soldiers and for being loyal customers. Him checking on me made me feel safe, yes there is an authorized access only gate but him coming around to see how I (female) was doing was reassuring. When the moves came to retrieve our belongings, our storage area was impressively clean after four years, I even saw Mark conducting area beautification giving me the chance to thank him, instead he thanked us for choosing Iron Guard Storage. Mark, thank you for everything.

The best storage facility in central Texas. The rates are good, But what set this establishment far above the others is the customer service/management. I cannot place enough emphasis on how great and what a pleasure it was doing business with Mark and his Wife! I highly recommend to all.

Finest storage unit company I've used, hands down. Mark always greeted me by name, and helped walk me through the unit renting and payment processes step by step and was so helpful every time I called or stopped by. I had my belongings in the unit for a few months, and they were in the same condition I left 'em in, not a single bug or nibble or puddle in sight, all of which I've dealt with at other storage facilities (especially silverfish, which is a horror when you store art and books!)- I didn't think a bug-free storage place existed until now. I'm really pleased with the customer service most of all, I feel the folks here really care about each individual customer as a person and do a marvelous job at looking after their belongings, and I really respect that in a business. Will definitely be coming back when the need arises!

Incredible experience working with Mark and Angel. They get to know each and every one of their customers on a personal level making the experience enjoyable.
They were understanding and flexible, providing us with individualized services based on our needs when preparing for deployment.

Great working team here. Even though I only needed my storage unit for a short period of time, both Mark and Angel were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond anything I could have asked to make moving as easy as possible.

Professional, polite, and above all, human. Most storage places know you as a unit number, not here! If you need to walk in after moving in, you're greeted by name and treated with respect regardless of how you approach. They're clean and their care and concern for the facility shows. And before you think "oh he was compensated for this review" I was not. The management is just that great! Thank you Iron Guard!

Excellent team! Had my stuff put in storage for over a year. No pest, no issues. Honest hardworking people. Owners drive around to check on your things daily. They really do care and are proud of their business as they should be. Totally would recommend to anyone in need of storage. Check them out !

This place is great, very clean too. I wanted to take a moment and write a quick review for a very sweet young lady that answers my calls when I make payments. She is super nice and makes the experience Pleasant always its always nice to get that friendliness I can tell she enjoys her job. Her name is Marissa at the Rosewood location. I rented a storage unit here for approx 6 months while waiting for my new home to be ready. Mark and Angel are the loveliest couple and made this a great experience. Any questions I had were promptly answered and they were always willing to help. Amazingly, they always remembered my name (maybe because I kept forgetting my password, oops!) but it really felt like a personal touch. Highly recommend renting from here, the prices are competitive, the units are clean and the location is safe and secure. A big thank you to Angel and Mark!!

These people are incredible!! I've had some poor experiences with storage building companies before and I could not be happier with the experience and true customer service I received with Iron Guard. The reason I needed a storage building was very challenging and personal and extremely short notice. Angel and Mark were incredibly sympathetic, kind, and genuinely helpful in getting me set up quickly (and at a bargain price!) for a place to store my stuff. I didn't feel like just a customer, I felt like family. Very attentive, very personable and truly wonderful people. If I ever find myself in need of their services again, I will not go anywhere else. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a clean, safe, compassionate place to store your belongings.

This is how business is suppose to run. Mark truly do not just rent you a space but help you have the best possible experience while trusting Iron Guard with your belongings. I was transitioning from Minnesota and arriving on a holiday and needed somewhere to park the truck and trailer and he was most accommodating. I would not hesitate to rent from Iron Guard in the future. Just wanted to add to the review as we have completed our business with Iron Guard, Mark and the wife. There are a number spaces to store your belongs in and around Killeen, however, if you want your things stored were you're not just a number or a payment walking through the door than I implore you come meet Mark at Iron Guard. They do business the old fashion way...they care about you. Tell them Mr. Van Leer sent you.

My wife and I tried several storage facilities before settling on this one. We've both been very satisfied with the customer service and friendliness of Mark and Angel. They talk to you like family and take care of your unit. We definitely recommend and we will go back if we ever have the need for storage again.

We used this storage facility for almost 3 years while stationed at Ft. Hood. Angel and Mark were very pleasant to work with and always had the best customer service. The pricing for the unit was great and it remained clean throughout our time there. We never had any issues at all. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to all my friends and family as long as Angel and Mark are there. They really were the best!

Ive been in the military for 19 years Ive been all over the world. Ive utilized dozens of storage facilities, This is by far is my BEST experience! From the minute we walked in the door the atmosphere, the greeting with customer service, they even offered us lunch and we hadnt even spent any money! The facility is clean, rodent free, and easily accessible. The caretakers actually CARE about your stuff! Do you want to store your items and not have to worry about them from week to week? Then get here now! It is literally like leaving your belongings with family!

This place is AMAZING. Had to move some things into storage for my Dad who is undergoing a difficult time due to health issues. Angel must have sensed this because she made sure I left there feeling better and with the best storage rental and space for our circumstances. Thank you Angel. Very seldom do you find a company that really looks out for the customers.
I can honestly say that this company do. They go above and beyond for their customers and even further for those customers like myself who are apart of the military community. We sometimes have to get in and out of our storage's at the oddest time of the day and night and to be able to have a worry option helps very much. The staff takes pride in getting to know each and every customer and make everyone of us feel like family. It was almost heartbreaking. When I finally finished my house and was ready to empty out my storage. Only because I knew it was time to say goodbye and to my surprise. When I came to close out my storage the staff told me. You don't have to unit to drop in and say Hi. Now how about that.... Good People, Good Storage, and One Good Company.

Moving my 4 bedroom house quick, fast, and in a hurry. This one had good reviews so I took a shot and glad I came here first. Mark helped me pick a storage unit since I never stored my stuff before and was extremely helpful. Storage unit was a perfect fit and then some for a great price. Angel was really quick with the admin paperwork and explained all the details so that I could understand very easily. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to store their goods in a secure, cost efficient, and in a fast manner if need be! Definitely made the move a little less stress free!

Mark and Angel were great! We were able to get a storage locker for a vehicle last minute and they made the process very easy. We felt like the facility was safe and that our car and belongings were kept in good hands. We truly appreciated their kindness from the day we reserved the locker to the day we moved everything out!

Angel and Mark were so very caring and kind. I had my deployment date pushed back a couple of times and they adjusted the reservations with no issue. They are very accommodating and helpful, even gave me advice on how to store my car so that I wont have any issues starting it up. But if I did, they reassured me that they were there to help no matter what time. Thankful for that peace of mind!

Very military friendly. My husband and I are both active duty soldiers and I needed a storage unit on very short notice. The manager and his wife were both so helpful and accommodating to my needs. They went above and beyond most places with their customer service. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a storage unit. Prices were reasonable in comparison to other facilities as well. I will use their facility for all of my future storage!!

Great storage area. Mark will always work with you. Spot didn't work out for my needs but would recommend. If you got a fifth wheel go check it out to ensure you can get in and out.
