Stor- Self Storage is a great, convenient storage facility. Managed by a friendly staff. Olga Vasquez and Richard Tyler are excellent to work with. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area.

When my husband and I used Stor Self Storage in Las Colinas, I can tell you that we always had great customer service, it was easy access, never had any problems, and it was always very clean.

The associate Nathan was extremely helpful and friendly! The storage units or nice and clean and the grounds are kept up well everything you would expect from a storage facility in las Colinas!

You couldn't ask for a better storage solution. I've rented a couple units. Great location, nice neighborhood surrounding but very close to the highway. The staff is great, the facility is clean and feels new. The staff goes above and beyond with customer service, I can't say enough about how great of an experience it has been.

Very sweet employees, Michelle and Nathan go above and beyond to make sure we all have perfect customer satisfaction. Very well lit storages and easy access to surrounding freeways. I'm so happy to see that they have clean restrooms for their customers. Just want to say job well done and Michelle has been a great valuable asset to have here at this location. Stor Self Storage has been a GREAT place to store our belongings! this is the second time in 10 years that we have used them and the facility is always clean, there is simple, good and secure access and the employees, "Nathan and staff" have always been very courteous and helpful! I would recommend them and this locations to any of my friends.

I have been a happy customer of Stor Self Storage- Las Colinas for almost three years. Just recently moved "stuff" out to go back to Waco. The management is excellent, location is safe and secure, and the units are clean! I never had one issue while our "stuff" was stored there. I highly recommend Stor!

Nathan was incredibly professional and extremely helpful in my move from Austin to Irving. He went above and beyond to make sure I got all my paperwork in correctly, and that I had the sizing I needed for the exact amount of items I was storing. His quick communication made the most impact when we moved out of our storage unit over a weekend and were going to cancel the unit that Monday. He beat me to it on Monday morning with a call, because security had noticed our lock was off and items were moved out! I appreciate knowing now how secure our items were in this gated community. I hope everyone who needs a storage unit in Irving goes to this location, they were amazing.

I have met a lot of helpful people in my life,but The Relief Manager lady Michelle Malone is the nicest lady i have ever met.My sister and i were so stressed looking for a storage place.We contacted Stor Self Storage Las Colinas, and talked to Michelle.She went above and beyond to help us and calmed our nerves down.I wish there were many people like her.Customer service was one of the best i have ever received from a person in a very long time.She made my day,i can finally breath! The Storage Unit is very clean,it's worth it.

Elevator got stuck when I tried to hit the open door button and someone had to push the button on the outside to open it the units themselves were great and temperature cooled the place overall was very clean
