Violet, the Store Manager was exceptionally great! I ran inside at the last minute with about literally one minute until closing. Violet greeted me with a smile and actually took me to view a unit, as I was unsure of the appropriate size that I should select to storage my items. Violet was very patient. The facility is absolutely beautiful. One of the better climate controlled units I'd ever experienced. I'd rate my experience at a perfect 100! I recommend this storage to anyone looking for a great place to keep their most prized possessions :D -God Bless

This place is heavily I would love the lady that works there named Sherry and she's a very business lady and she's always on miss Sherry is best person to on earth i.f I wanted to .get me a new storage . I love her she's a very business type lady and I liked her attitude is very giving person and I just explain everything to a t,.Take the time to explain everything to the tea.Will help in any way she can.

Have been here for three years. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Violet is a great manager and knows her stuff. Chelsea is newer but just as friendly and sweet as anything. We enjoy working with them both! You don't have to worry about your stuff here. Clean, well kept, watchful staff. Can't recommend enough!

I have been with Allstorage for about almost 5 years and have used them again when they first open for 2 years. I love the service they give you at the front desk. They are very helpful with a wonderful smile. I can also pay my rent by phone with a pleasant voice. I would really recommend them to any and everyone I know wanting to rent from Allstorage on Crowley rd.

Sherry is a very rude manager and should be removed as head of charge of that facility. She is the reason why I am switching storage units once it is due. If you go with Sherry make sure you are Caucasian because if you're any other race she is a very racist woman. I left a message to the district manager Donald K. And he ignored my phone call and message refused to speak with me as well.
