Everything is going so well! I had trouble getting my movers to beat traffic on time for the White Settlement facility and luckily was accommodated to this location. Jessica and Joan and Megan have been extremely patient, knowledgeable about this entire endeavor. It started as a complete nightmare, September 2019. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Jessica and all the associates at this facility go above and beyond to make it a flawless, friendly experience. I needed to rent a unit in Texas for items from my mom's house while actually living in Minnesota. I was able to authorize my mom to help long distance with the process and when I flew down to move everything in it was all set and good to go. Definitely gave me peace of mind during an otherwise busy time and I'll always be grateful for that!

Weve had such a positive experience with All Storage in Aledo! Jessica walked me through everything step-by-step to make sure the rental process was complete and I had my gate code, along with necessary moving supplies, before ending our initial call. The facility is very well maintained and our units are easy to access. We highly recommend All Storage if you need a climate controlled facility.

Cant say enough good things about the customer service at this facility - Jessica, Joan, and Tricia are all very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is climate controlled and clean, and the rental rates are very fare. Very happy to have found this place - highly recommend. The only con is people who park on the wrong side and block traffic, but there is signage, and you cannot account for common sense (and the office tries to move them when they see them).

I initially signed up for the free 2 months storage, as I had planned for this to be temporary. Things havent worked out as I had planned, but the customer service has been wonderful. Jessica is quite helpful and definitely an asset to All Storage.

I signed up with a storage with fantastic customer service. The employees of this establishment is outstanding and rare to find. I got two more additional storage units and one of them was last minute because as I didn't have enough room. They made the process fast and easy, making my stress level to decrease. After I moved out of two units I totally forgot to go back and close out them out. They had notified me asking if I was done using the units. I was so happy they had notified me or else I would have gone another month having them. The place is kept very clean. I always see them cleaning somewhere and keeping a good eye on things.
I'm so happy I got a great storage units and was treated very well. Thank you!

Great place to store my stuff. It is clean, cool on hot days, and easy access to the highway. Also, had no problem getting everything in and out of the elevator.

We had to move out of our apartment quickly while the house was being built and needed a place to store our things. This is a great facility and the ladies in the office were very helpful. Smooth process for everything, except the moving part. Lol!

Although I didn't end up needing a storage unit, Jessica, Joan and Tricia were fantastic to work with. Building was very clean and had a great layout. I would definitely recommend them for your storage needs and when the time comes again that I need storage they will be the first and only place I go.

Joan was very helpful and got me in and out when I asked to look at a storage unit. She asked me what I would be storing and knew exactly what size storage unit I would need. This place is great, and they even have a special going for newcomers!

All storage made our storage needs so easy! We drove our moving truck right up to the office and said we need a unit and they signed us up so easily! Jessica is the on site manager and showed us around and had answers to all of our questions! They have great climate controlled, no lease needed units. The building is 3 stories with elevators, carts, and auto pay. Great NEW building and amities.

Nice new facility in Aledo. Just rented a nice 5ft x 10ft from Jesica at the front desk. They even have nice music playing throughout to make moving in and out a better experience.

Best prices Ive found in the area. Convenient location off 20 and great facility. Setting up rent with my storage units has been more simple and pleasant than past experiences with other large storage companies. Jessica has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions and has kept my move from being more stressful than it has to be. Highly recommend this location.

Today was our moving day and during the process we discovered that the 2 10x20 units we rented were still not enough room. At the last minute, Jessica, Tricia and Joan quickly arranged for a 3rd unit for us while our movers continued their work. These ladies made our move stress-free and seamlessly smooth. Their customer service is friendly, professional and exemplary! The facility is well laid out and super clean. Can't say enough good things about All Storage Aledo!
