It was truly a great pleasure doing business with Forward Storage. With the passing of our dear baby brother, his property was shipped from Arizona. We needed a place to store his furniture, etc in a very short time frame. The driver of the truck found Forward Storage which was close to our home. We could not have been more happier. In making arrangements with Kay, of Forward Storage, she made things very easy and pleasant. When we needed an extra month, right away, she was there for us. She is a very kind and pleasant person to talk to. No fuss, no huff and I liked that. I highly recommend Forward Storage if you need that extra space to store your precious items. Thanks again Kay, for everything!!

The folks at Forward Storage have always been very helpful and attentive. We have lost numerous keys over the years, and they always helped with a new lock and key. The grounds are always clean and safe.

I have spoken with both Kate and Butch and because of they're going out of their way to answer any questions I have had, made my choosing to use this storage facility an easy choice. When Forward took over A representative call me an explain to me what was going on and how they would be handling things such as billing and communication The person I talked to was very helpful and friendly. I did enjoy talking with a real person and not a machine.
