The storage units are always very clean and free of pests. In fact they treat for them which you don't get at other places. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is while we were there this past weekend we thought a 10 X 20 would be big enough. After opening the door and seeing it i wasn't so sure. So I went in and inquired about a 10 x 30, the lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. But when she went to ask the woman in the back office if one was available, I don't know if she knew I was there, but she yelled out, "Oh are you freaking serious!" All because we would have to do new paperwork if we wanted it. It's so difficult to redo paperwork when you're sitting in an air-conditioned office right? Also the markup going one size up is $60. While the space is nice $60 is too much money in my opinion.

I stored a spare vehicle here a couple of times during the winter. Nice people, decent prices. Solid storage option overall.

Excellent service, price and availability exactly as advertised on the web. Only issue, they closed unexpectedly for an hour, (they did put a sign in the window to alert people) so I had to wait in the parking lot for about 30 minutes until the owner returned. Otherwise clean unit, easy access.

I tried to get in before hours & gate wouldn't let me. I found out that it is not 24 hour access. My bad. Other than that it has been acceptable

Went here looking for a storage and instead encountered a nasty, wretched woman working at the front desk. This woman was rude, sarcastic, derogatory, and nasty, all wrapped up into one horrible human being. I have rented storage units in my home state several times and was always treated with professionalism and was shown the unit to make sure it was appropriate for my needs. However , this witch acted like we were imposing on her by wanting to see the actual unit. She even told us to "go elsewhere." Upon leaving, I contacted her district manager who will most likely take her side. If she remains employed as the main front desk person, this place is in some serious trouble. Bad place, stay away..

Very horrible service. The staff has no idea what they are talking about, you can ask a direct question and she will question you in return. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies.

Horrible. 3 separate occasions now the gate did not work. And they do nothing about it, and never answer the phone. Way too expensive for this horrible service.

Terrible! After only 7 weeks our belongings were covered in mouse feces. Traps were placed in our unit AFTER we rented it. They were not willing to do anything to satisfy our concerns. Do not rent here!

The Manager is the only good thing about this facility. Prices are high, his manager out and out lied to us, the garage door doesn't stay up by itself and on many occasions we have driven by and the front gate is open because it's broken and it takes days for them to get it fixed. Please look around before you commit to this facility!!!

Edit to my review....Apparently since their gate never works. Units were broken into and robbed...good luck working with their "insurance". Whole place is a nightmare....AVOID!!!!!!

This is the worst stroage unit i ever experienced in my life.. they are a total fraud they will charge you extra price. There security is the worst in 3 months there been 2 robberies or burglary. DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS IS TOTAL FRAUD AND SCAM. THE WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THE MANAGER LADY

For your Own security don't pick this place. They got robbed 2 times and the manager lied to us saying it never happened before. don't pick this place it will rob you hard. Very poor security i won't even give em 1 star. DON'T PICK THIS PLACE.

Charged my account for month of storage I didn't have. It's like pulling teeth trying to get my $$ back.. Corporate does not return calls so I can be updated on payment status of rrefund they owe me. Now forced to turn over to bank for theft charge due to unauthorized transaction..

After receiving 2 confirmation emails they called 24 hrs before we were to move into the storage unit and were told they no longer have the space available....
