I left a previous review and rating that was less than the 4 star rating above as I had an issue that was not getting addressed. It has been explained to my satisfaction that it was an unavoidable delay from the factory for the parts needed to repair the door on my unit. This has been repaired/replaced and I have access. They also are giving my credit in November for the monthly rental in an effort to reimburse me for the amount of time I did not have access to my unit. They have addressed the communication issue also.

Great staff, Sherril goes above and beyond for customers, good prices and clean and they truely do their best with security, even noticed just from the cameras when my husband had accidentally left one of our padlocks opened and they called us with in 10 minutes of him leaving to let us know

Was greeted by a very knowledgeable and professional young man who even showed me and my wife the storage unit. He was very clear in the paperwork process and timely. The property is nice and clean. Very good prices.
