The units are always nice and clean the staff go over the top to help me with what I need The pricing is compatible to other storage facilities but I would chose Sheets simply because the staff are so professional They are an asset to their company and because of them it makes Sheets storage number one they always make me think I am number one when I go in I like to have someone who will take the time to explain all units available the pricing I have stayed as long as 30 minutes but I always leave a satisfied customer

I could not of ask for a better place to put my stuff in storage. They are the most sweetest people that a person could meet and a the storage unit was very clean and the whole unit was clean. If I would ever need a storage place again Sheets Self Storage is where I'll go. They are very helpful I never had a a problem with any of the employees they was all a supper help. Thanks, Tammy & Terri for all your help, God Bless the both of you.

Sheets Storage is a clean, safe and well run business. The ladies that greet you in the office are some of the nicest, most helpful and kind people Ive ever met. These ladies always make me feel welcome and they sincerely care about you and your family. They are definitely a credit to the business.

unfortunately we lost our home in New Bern NC during the hurricane so we packed up a truck with what we had left and headed back to our home in Mount Airy but we needed a place to keep our other stuff so I called around and Sheets had a open unit they were quick to have it ready for us it was clean and the young lady took me down to show me where it was in the complex even thou it is their business to store things its nice that when you need the service they offer that they were prompt and friendly i would recommend them to everyone

Everyone at the Mount Airy office is great. I truly appreciate their kindness and care. Very friendly. Rate are reasonable and the location is perfect. The site is well maintained and secure. They work with me. I would recommend anyone to go there. Thank you!!

I have used Sheets Storage for many years and have been so pleased that when it came time to need more storage there was no doubt where to go. The units are clean, well lit, easy but secure access. Not one time have I felt uneasy about going there. The staff is always a delight to talk with and I sincerely believe that they are care about their customers and their belongings. If you need a safe and secure place for storage I highly recommend

We have a small business, NC Black Company, and have rented shop space from Sheets since 2011. Our building has everything we need at a reasonable price. The management is excellent and I highly recommend Sheets if you need storage or work space.

Great service and super nice staff! I came in very late in the afternoon and they were helpful, had a clean unit ready and I was signed up and had a key in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

Sheets Storage has the best storage buildings and customer service around. You absolutely will not find hospitality like this anywhere else. Very professional and very helpful! I would recommend to any of my family and friends because theyre the best in the business!

Very nice staff! Super friendly! No pro-rated fees. You pay the day u get the unit each month, which I love. No fees, other than insurance if u want that. Provide a key & lock which is also a plus!! Highly recommend this place!! :) also can access 24/7 ***** 5 plus star!!

Awesome customer service and clean units! The lady at the front desk was amazing and she was quick to answer all my questions. I came close to closing time due to other obligations and she still took her time explaining everything and didn't rush me off. Great people to do business with!

Rating 3 stars for the past service that we have received but we are not happy with the new changes that have came about. One of the main reasons we chose this facility was 24 hour gated access. Now we no longer have that. With new owners you now have until 10pm. We have been with this company for about a year now. We new something was off when they CUT our lock to DOUBLE overlock it and after we paid up we was forced to buy another lock. Every other storage place I have ever used doesn't cut your lock until they auction your unit. I'm more upset at loosing the 24hr access as we currently live out of state. We have been treated with nothing but respect but as of next month we will be moving into our apartment and we will be glad to be rid of this bill as it's now WENT UP... They also make you buy their insurance.
