AAA was a storage location where I could return my rental truck. They were easy to locate, the staff that received my truck was friendly and kind. As far as the storage itself, it is a very clean facility, gated for the safety of your unit.

We worked for a lady today, named Wendy, unloading a storage unit. She could not stop bragging about Deborah doing such a great job at AAA Storage Works on Sugarloaf Road. This storage facility is well kept and very clean every time we have worked there! The climate control was working perfect every time! When we're there, she always approaches us to make sure we're okay, offering us water and use of bathroom.We would highly recommend this facility! We do household moving.. and this is a top notch facility! Unit 734 is now available inside climate controlled building. It is a 10' x 30' corner unit.

I rent trucks from AAA Storage and am very happy with their service. Debbie is good at helping you pick up your truck and dropping it off in a short period of time.

Called and reserved a truck to pick up some furniture. Truck was spotless, late model, and the guy was super. Truck drove great. They have mini storage as well, super clean. Go visit!

I currently have 3 storage units rented with AAA Storage World. The units are spacious, climate controlled and extremely secure. The entire premises is very clean and staff is always very friendly and helpful. It is very reassuring to be able to store my valuables in a clean and secure facility.
I highly recommend their services.

Have had a unit here for over one year. Staff always friendly and helpful. As I wanted to store a large cruiser motorcycle here Debbie went out of her way to find me a unit and promised that when a more convenient when came available she would hold it for me of which she did within a months time. Property always kept clean and during the winter free of snow. Have never had an issue gaining access to my unit. I would not hesitate for a minute referring AAA Storage to my friends .

I have been a customer since 2015 at the Hendersonville NC location. The staff are some of the nicest people I have dealt with. The units and the property is always maintained. The property is secured with key coded gates and they have cameras. I highly recommend AAA Storage World for all of your storage needs.

The staff is always helpful and professional. The units are clean, well kept, and secure. The grounds are well taken care of.
Any questions or concerns I had has been answered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend AAA Storage World on Sugarloaf Rd to anyone!

I went in there today needing to rent a box truck at the last minute. Debby was so nice and accommodating by moving things around and helping me. We were a couple minutes late getting the truck back and she waited for us so i didn't have to pay extra. She was awesome and would highly recommend this place. We just got a unit there yesterday but from what i can see so far the place is well maintained.
