The staff helped me get setup in a new storage unit quickly, and gave me all of the information in a clear, concise manner. I got a great deal with the first two months 50% off! I really like the cleanliness and security of the facility, and that there are large windows around the perimeter, so you don't feel like you're in a dark, confined space.

This place is amazing! After dealing with an incredibly disorganized and stressful move I just had to write a review! First and foremost.... everyone who works here is great, most especially Carmen!!!(SHOUT OUT TO MY #1!) She single handedly on two occasions saved me from a stress induced anxiety attack. She 100% went above and beyond for me at a time when I must have seemed absolutely insane! Thank you times infinity!!!! In summary.... this place and the staff saved my roommates and when we were in a major bind. You're in good hands at this MMS!

I rented a space on line at a given price. I made the date the following day. I went in to secure the space on the following day and was told it was there and they put off the lease date from that day to two days later when I had movers. So I did not visit the space, the day I reserved and I did not personally visit the space the day I visited in advance of the move in date. When I arrived to move in, the "agreed upon space" was not available. I was told that "on line reservations" has no idea what is actually available at each site. Further I was told the employee who assisted me on my visit two days before was wrong about what was available. The new space is $100 over budget and I was there with the movers unable to negotiate despite multiple attempts to rectify. I accepted it because I had the movers on the doorstep with my stuff. At this price, it would've been better to have gone to another facility. I gave the employee that assisted me on the move-in date with multiple opportunities to rectify this; he did not. He further said that a manager above him couldn't help because they have no idea what is actually available at each site. I had a good experience with them before but this experience was not acceptable. After I posted this (about ten minutes after) the manager called and gave me the previously agreed upon rate!! We discussed many aspects of the event and he apologized and agreed to speak to all involved. I am pleased and I told him so.

Friendly staff and clean spaces. Only gripe is with the hidden fees. If the cost is posted at 19.99 be prepared to pay 36.00. This will include mandatory insurance, deposits, and lock costs.

Very nice professional staff. I wish the smaller storage units were on ground level. I am on a tight budget and the lower price would definitely help my situation. All smaller units require the use of the large movable step ladder. I have had surgery and am limited in my ability to climb stairs.. I hope smaller units could be made available to folks like me who do not feel safe climbing that large ladder. Also the carpeting at this facility needs cleaning. I have noticed large stains on floor 2 and there is an odor and stains on the 11th floor. I thank you for your attention.

The overall experience was good. The shuttle was on time and the driver helped with loading. They were heavily understaffed at the storage on 110 and 1st for the last week of the month where a lot of ppl move which involved a long wait once we were there with the stuff. The guy in the counter was courteous and helped me also with a boxes as I was alone. Overall a good experience if they have more ppl on staff during the peak periods.

The shuttle drivers were incredibly rude and in a terrible mood from the moment they arrived. I had my own movers so they didnt have to do anything and offered no assistance in moving - yet were still rude. There is no one at the facility that can help you move into your unit, even if you offer to pay someone, so I had to take 10 separate trips to the 9th floor on my own. They first showed me a unit that had a pillar in the middle of it that took up about a third of the entire storage unit, but they expected me to pay full price as if the space the pillar was utilizing was actually part of the sq footage. Only redeeming parts of the facility was Maria, a wonderful receptionist who was very kind and helpful, and the cleanliness of the facility.

I had a reservation and received their "form" email that I guess is supposed to seem personalized. I called them to ask questions. According to their website they are available "around the clock" to address questions/concerns and ensure that your move goes well. I left a message at this location and I never received a call back. I also emailed them without response or acknowledgement until the day after my reservation when I received another automated form email saying I had missed my reservation. I am glad I didn't store my belongings with them, as I can't imagine relying on a company with such abhorrent customer service.

I was told that a minimum $12 per month insurance was required. I do not need insurance. I am comfortable about the double locks to protect my belongings. If this is a requirement, then it should have been clear when I called for a quote.
