This is the second time we have turned to Award Self Storage to solve a necessary storage solution. In 2012 a choice need that we were very satisfied with. Very recently we were forced out of our condo by a severe water flood from above. Once again we turned to Award. We are extremely satisfied with the personnel, Rob, Sue and Gail. Each one of them, at one time or another has been extremely helpful, and we definitely appreciate it. We appreciate the feeling of safety that is provided by the process of entry and exit. The fact that the individual units are alarmed, again was important to return to the facility. In addition to the cleanliness we also appreciate the new entry keypad for easier use.

I've been with Award Self Storage for about 4 years now & honestly would not consider another storage facility. The service is five star; I'm in sales & receive large deliveries of samples on a weekly basis. The staff receives my packages, stores them in a safe place & contacts me to advise each delivery. The actual storage space is large, clean, climate controlled & most importantly, safe! I live in Center City, Philadelphia & use this storage facility over closer facilities because of the high levels of service & outstanding value. I went in just for some boxes and tape. I decided to ask about a unit. The man who helped me was so informative and patient with me. I ended up signing for a unit right there. The units were overall less expensive than a lot I have seen, and you get the second month free! Having the truck for free for a few hours was the best! My one bedroom apartment fits perfectly into my unit and I feel like it is very secure. I could not be happier with choosing Award.

They say you can use the move in truck but they never tell you that they have a move in truck for free when you rent a Unit. I rented a Unit I still have since 2012 and I never received my bills and was continually charged late fees that would have never accorded if I received the bill. And as of the moving truck I never used I asked to use to move things in and out and they said no you can only use it when you move in !! I've been a customer since 2012 they need to better service their clientele !
