I've been a renter here for five years. I've never had any bad experience. The folks who run the place are helpful and friendly, the grounds are well maintained and I know my belongings are safe. I also like that I can easily pay by phone with my debit card.

Lady was very rude on the phone just calling to get a price and see what was available thought I was homeless cuz I wanted to put my house furniture in there. Then began to tell me that I needed a driver's license and a vehicle to be able to rent a unit when I told her what items I had she still then told me the unit wouldn't be big enough like she already prejudged. What horrible customer service. I really hope somebody from out-of-state doesn't come in and try and rent a unit there cuz I will be the first impression they get a Boulder City a rude lady whoever you were you should be ashamed of yourself
