I stored my belongings at Burlington Storage for almost 2 years. I was pleased with the climate controlled unit itself and with the courtesy and professionalism of Jeff, the manager at the front desk. He was always willing to be of help and I appreciate that.

I used this storage facility for over 2 years after downsizing. The people are great and I liked the free courtesy vehicle for the move . The facility is clean , ploughed and well managed . Would recommend to anyone.

This place is tucked way back in the cut in Burlington and has a decent look to it. The issues I faced, however are that when I rented a Uhaul from them and returned the next day. The gentleman I rented from was GREAT and the woman who checked it back in was a complete BIT** w no customer service skills and told me I was 5 gallons short on my tank when I was absolutely not. This bi*** then had the nerve to tell me "Come and look for yourself" - ok hun, I'm gonna come ALLL THE WAY back up there to argue $25 worth of gas? So I called Uhaul, they agreed to send a request to the owner, and when I called back like an angel sent from heaven, that guy answered and agreed that the gas was where I knew it was and all is now well!
UPDATE!: Jim came in at noon and resolved the issue, this guy is so awesome I am giving a terrible review 4 stars now because of his amazing customer service skills and knowledge of how to read a GAS METER ON A DAMN TRUCK!
