Receptionist Michi is the BEST on my initial visit and every time I come in. Her smile is so pleasant and her professionalism is top notch. I love the space and cleanliness of my storage unit but would love more LIGHT.

Michi, oh my GOD!!!! is the BEST!!! I just love, love, love her personality. Her responsiveness is on point. She answers all my inquiries and her customer service is impeccable. Michi has helped me with all my concerns and has assured me that all is well with my storage needs at this location. This lady deserves an outstanding raise for her generosity and knowledge of our storage needs and concerns . Love you michi !!! Keep up the good work!!!

When we went there we were greated by Michi. My parents just recently lost their home of 30 years and needed a affordable place to store their items. Michi was patient and really heard what my parents needs were! She was kind and found them something that was reasonably priced and with in their fixed income. she made sure to take her time to explain the lease and offered my mother a chair while the lease was being signed. I am beyond grateful because she was just so good and understanding to their needs. I believe she went above and beyond her job duties!

This Storage Mart is amazing! Especially Michi she is so helpful, informative, patient, professional and just all around great! I would and have recommend anyone looking for a clean, safe, affordable, great place to store this is the place to go! If all of the StorageMarts are like this I recommend them hands down! I want to make a second mention of Michi because she makes the experience easy, professional, fast and enjoyable! Thank you for taking care of me and my family I referred Michi awesome service!

I've had nothing but great experience manager @ the Madison location on the Westside of Chicago Ms. Michi goes above and beyond for each customer she ask questions offers each product to help assist and protect your valuables great customer service all around the board no complaints always great energy .

I feel that renting at this is great start to getting my self in better oder they have great service there and a very special staff that's great and meachie is a great worker and always help and does a very great job in assistance I need to better rent there

StorageMart was very clean, the price was more than reasonable and the customer service was great! The agent went over everything from how to access the unit to make payments. The location is also pretty decent. I do wish it was climate controlled.

I had a very pleasant experience when I called to rent a unit I spoke to Raul he was very friendly and knew right away all the answers to my questions he was very helpful and I would recommend StorageMart to friends and family in the future!!!

Love the savings and the property manager was polite, helpful, show me around the facility. Very nice storage facility I feel very secure in storing my items. Large selection of supplies you can buy for your packing needs. Convenient location as well!

I jus wanna say the Lady at this storage Mart on Madison and Cicero is Soo nice and kind. She always smiling and making sure no one is ignored no matter what. Her Name is Ms. Mich but I call her Lady Meech she's always there for you and any questions you have she go out of her way to helping others I like that bout her because she's a lot like me always helping everyone out.

Employees are very professional and welcoming. I believe RD was the one who checked me in and showed me around. Place is very clean and close to home so its perfect for me! Very cheap for storage space I rent monthly, actually thinking of upgrading storage sizes. Overall I would recommend them
