Long term or for a short while, I would recommend Elite to anyone. It's clean, secure and convenient. Customer service is always important to me and I have always received great customer service.

Very helpful with the moving process. You can do everything at one facility! Rent a moving truck and have a place to store my belongings.

The staff was very friendly and the storage room was clean and convenient to get to. In the storage office they had many moving materials and are also a uhaul station. They have a few choices for truck sizes and are ultimately a one stop shop for moving necessities.

This facility was in very poor condition when I moved in many years ago. Today is much different. I noticed a big change starting approximately 3-4 months. The junk laying around was horrible. Cars rusting away many with flat tires Boats of junk trailers with flat tires and people parking in wrong areas. Many times I have been blocked from my unit. I dont know who is managing this place now but you need to give them a performer monetary bonus Thanks for listening.

The new manager of the facility seems to really try to make a difference! It's a much more pleasing appearance of the property, clean and she is always around and very friendly! The U-Hauls were a mess before creating an obstacle course to get into the storage facility. Please keep it going that way...:-)

I guess place to store your stuff sorge's as low as $40 they will try to work with you but they don't like to be told a story and they're neat and clean and the staff are awesome

I have had a locker there for about 3 years. I was quite happy with the service when Rob owned the facility. It was easy to pay my bill, phone calls were promptly answered and returned and the e-mailed reminders for payments actually worked efficiently (they have been sporadic ever since the ownership change). I looked forward to my monthly call to pay my bill, as the phone call was always pleasant. The inconsistent e-mail reminders have caused several late payment additional charges for me. I relied on the e-mail reminders, but no longer feel confident to do so. My track record for timely payments prior was 100%. When I discussed this with the person who I spoke with when I called in, I got the impression they had no concern for me or my request to have the late fee waived. I'm sure it was thrown in the trash as soon as I hung up. There was no follow up contact, or explanation as promised. It left me with the impression of this being just another business maximizing their bottom line with the late fee. My additional expense was simply more gain for them, so why put any effort into helping out a loyal client? I agree with the other poster, as soon as the ownership changed, the prices went up. You do expect a small increase, but the increase was significant. Your pricing was better then other storage facilities making it more attractive, even though your facility is kind of "remote" in relation to other storage facilities. Your location, is further from Fort Myers making it a longer drive coming from the west so keeping your pricing lower then your competitors is really in your own best interest to attract more clients. I do like to be fair with my comments and also point out the positives. The facility itself is clean and well kept. I feel safe there when I am the only person in there moving my possessions. Aside from my above points the facility does the job it's designed for. I feel that a little more understanding for the client would make this facility one that could be reviewed much more positively.

The woman that worked with us to get storage seemed rude, she got angry and said she would take us when she can and did not care that people had to wait for over 2 hours on her.

They could be alot better! There prices went up since new owners took over Unfortunatly their customer service is lacking. They need to figure out whats going on with the front gate when you put in your code and wants to deny you access to your unit. A unit that is paid $250 a month for? And you're going to deny access no I don't think so. My only other complaint is maybe fixing some things around there like the restroom that you have available for customers to use. I would appreciate not getting locked in there again because you have a shity door and door knob. I had to beat on door and scream to be heard then finally someone open the other door that was in the bathroom that led him to the main office but it was locked from the other side so I couldn't get in there. All in all I'm really not impressed with this company on I probably would never use them again I would go to a different facility. I do like the location that's why it was chosen but I look at more than just the location. Hopefully I won't be needing their services for much longer

Over 3 years of renting a unit here amd on moveout they assured me I would not be charged a full month for mot moving out until the 8th. My autopay would be prorated and refunded at move out. Now I'm being given the runaround by management and corporate!

THEY STOLE MY THINGS FROM MY STORAGE!!!!!!!kept my things at this facility for over a year. After I closed out the storage I noticed a huge hockey bag containing clothes and jewelry was stolen from my storage. I spoke the the manager Patricia who completed seemed uninterested in resolving an issue at her facility. I asked to get copies of the video surveillance and she said they were only of the outside and could not give copies of those. She directed me to corporate. When I spoke to them they tell me the facility has to handle it. I also sent an email and they never even had the decency to respond. YOU'RE PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE AT THIS FACILITY...I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

The property managers there at storage of America one by the name of Pat (lady) that looks like Pat or that and another skinny property manager that I did not get a name for but these 2 characters have no personality or have no kind of courtesy and experience to deal with customer and need training in customer service. Customers come there to give storage of America and uhaul business and these 2 are going to run them out of business treating customers like there nothing. Did not get a greeting when we walked in or a thank you when we paid. Will not be going there again.

After 3 years of renting I called in March to notify I would be vacating. I vacated on April 8th and was assured my autopay would be prorated and refunded... now I'm getting the run around from management and corporate!

Ever since they have took over the service has gotten worse.They went from 24 hr gate access to closing at 10 pm which the 24 hr access was one of the reasons I chose to go with them. Also they are constantly raising prices on us and their cheap prices was another reason we went with them before Elite Stor took over and ruined them. As soon as I get a shed big enough to fit everything I am gone. I also use to be able to pay online but they did away with that too. The whole experience is junk.
